All Information Included will be: I: Promotions II: Inactivity/Activity III: Events
Section I: Promotions
==Enlists== From ranks [LR] Enlist (to) [LR] Quartermaster Doge, you just need to attend trainings, PRs, SFs, Raids, etc. You don't need to be as active as Officers and Generals. (Activity info at bottom ↓)
==Officers== From ranks [MR] 2nd Lieutenant Doge (to) [HR] Lieutenant Colonel Doge, you should hold 1 event every 2 weeks, and must attend Officer trainings. Otherwise, you will be counted inactive. (See below on inactivity)
==Generals== From ranks [HC] Brigadier General Doge (to) [VCiC] Lieutenant General Doge, you must hold 1 event every 2 weeks, like Officers, BUT must attend a Training Camp. (See below in Events)
==Training Ranks== To get promoted from [MR] Doge Sergeant Major (enlist) to [MR] 2nd Lieutenant (officer), you must hold 1 event every 2 weeks, attend a Officer training, and must pass a inspection.
II: Inactivity/Activity
==Inactivity== Inactivity is when a member of a group is caught not attending most events, not doing what they need to do as a Officer/General (see section above) and are not supporting the group (sometimes).
Inactive Enlist: Enlists don't get demoted for inactivity :)
Inactive Officers: Officers are more important than Enlists, yet Officers are mostly the ones who command the Enlists. If caught inactive, the Officer will be demoted one rank lower, and will have to PM a general/CiC to promote them back, to show if they were really active. If they don't PM a general/CiC in 3 days, they will be demoted to [MR] Doge Sergeant Major, yet will have to work their way back up to their previous rank.
Inactive Generals: Generals don't have to be as active, but are still very important, to lead the army. If caught inactive, the General will be demoted to [HR] Colonel Doge, and will have to work their way back up. If still inactive, they will be demoted to [MR] Doge Sergeant Major.
==Activity== Activity is the opposite of being inactive, which is attending events, supporting the group, and doing their job. This is the EASIEST way to get promoted.
Section III: Events
==Trainings, PRs, LBs, SFs, What do I do?== These are easy. Just follow the commands they say, or follow the rules of the Event.
==Officer Trainings== These are when Officers are taught basic skills, what officers do, and the basics of a officer.
==Training Camp== Officers/Generals meet up, the commander chooses a random officer/general to present the formation that the commander chooses, and they must show how to do it. |
