♚▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬♚ Our promotion system requires dexterity, performance and improvement. The only way to rank up to the next rank is determined basically on your performance on a certain event. It's a dependent factor whether a high rank wants to reward a soldier a promotion, but it all depends whether if the training is worth to give promotions.
Not a lot of promotions are given in each training, and not every training will give promotions. Training is essentially hosted to improve and work on a certain field of military operations.
Never ask for a promotion from a high rank. You should never ask for promotion, you need to earn your crap and that is the only option. The only way to get promotions is to be better than everyone else, it's to be higher in the pyramid than everyone else, and is to get what you want. If you really want a promotion, then you should be committed to earn a promotion.
The higher you are in the ranks the more difficult it is to earn a promotion. It takes loyalty, performance and dexterity to actually get a promotion. To do things most people cannot do, or just go above average and impress a high rank.
Although, progression and improvement is imperative for your promotion to be meaningful. You can't rank up without improving, then there would be no point. The higher you are in the ranks the more skillful and knowledgeable you have become in the Crimson Allegiance. ♚▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬♚
