They probably just tell you every single science-related thing that's wrong with you, like all the disorders you people apparently claim to have.
I probably got some weird, "bad" things going on with me, but I don't care about them. As long as I'm alive, that's good enough for me. |

Especially when they do the FULL checkup and ask you to remove your clothes. Awkward.

Doctor: You have ghastominotraphiustoina. Me: Uhm what is that. Doctor: When your smile is 0.01% smaller then it should be so let's book you a surgery and it will cost $5000 dollars kk?
This hasn't happened to me for real though lol. |

I'm confused with this post...
@OP - You don't like going to the doctor, is that it? |

@CatBoy1235
I didn't say they don't know what they're talking about, I'm just saying they'll tell you, "Here's all that's wrong with you..."
@Davdanther
Nice, nice. It can be a good job for saving lives.
@Sage296
Never had any, and I'm not dead. Also hear quite often that those can have the exact opposite effect on you. It's basically a gamble.
@Specializinq & CWRA0444
Heh, glad I've never had to deal with that.
@Fiesta321
As I said, as long as you're not dead, it's all good. Lol
@Davdanther
Never been to a doctor, and I don't plan on ever going to one.
It's neat that they can list all the physical/mental things wrong with me, but it's not like I need to know those things, especially if they can bring me down mentally.
Not saying they're completely bad, though. It's good that they know how to save a life by doing something no ordinary person would know. |

I read this and another thread at the same time and thought this said "being a human must be lame."
My brain is fried.
Respect the science! |

My parents are NHS doctors ... So, they don't get extra-money for that kind of stuff.

You have a good point.
But what if you felt pain in any area, and/or it would be cancerous, how do you expect to figure that out?

"Why is that awkward"
Because they're random people seeing you where they shouldn't. ;o)

Yeah I mean like, I lived fine before I knew I had cancer so why do I need to know?
Take what I say with a grain of salt. |

"Why is that awkward"
Because you have to strip down all your clothes for someone you just met like 5 minutes ago
Then they poke/feel your chest or other parts of your body

I'm not ashamed of my body, I was just a little shocked as I've never done that before. Luckily my doctor is a women and not a man.
I think I would've died.
