Special Forces: Spectres
Hello, United States of America, the Special Forces has developed to be the most prestigious elite division in N-USA. We've proven to N-USA that not only are we the most technologically advanced with our tech and developers, but we've also carried USA to victory in wars and been there protecting the American people in times of need.
The Special Forces would like to open up a new program. *However, this is not official yet, we want public feedback before we go through with this.
The Special Forces are also known for their innovative ideas: we actually make them come true as well. We'll be opening up a academy (if SF:HICOM decides based off of the feedback we get here).
Now this won't be a failed academy that goes inactive like the rest of N-USA. We thought of everything, this will work, this will succeed. This is different.
If we wish to create an academy, it will be an academy that has never been done nor attempted before in N-USA.
The trainings will not require any actual HICOM present in the server, nor any HICOM trainers, and minimal HICOM intervention.
HOW TO GET IN THE ACADEMY: >To get in the academy, the user will need to complete some logic questions, some basic mathematics, and bullet dodging/aiming test.
*Once you've completed them, the bot will automatically let you in (if we reach our academy capacity of 50, the place is be automatically grouplocked)
INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACADEMY: >The "academy" will be called: Special Forces: Spectres. >*for the academy (our cap for main SF group will remain 60), will have a max cap of 50 (not including HRs). >If the user is in Spectres (our academy) for too long (as in they're inactive and don't go to the trainings, the bot will exile them)--yes the bot will detect who goes to trainings frequently and who doesn't. >Trainings will be trainees-paced, as in trainees can go to the Spectres training camp place where a bit would be testing them for each stage. >Spectres can do joint-activity with Special Forces too, so they can learn how it's like to be a SF member. (This means they will participate in raids) *Each time they pass a stage, they get ranked up by the bot. *>NOTE: If the Special Forces are already at their cap of 60, no Graduate is allowed to be in SF until there is a opening spot. The longest waiting graduate will get in as soon as there's a spot opening. >Once the graduate is in SF, they'll get exiled from Spectres (our academy) to make room for our cap of 50 in the academy.
What do you all think of this idea? Post below! HICOM would love feedback from you all.
If you have any questions, feel free to post that as well, and we'll try to answer it to the best of our abilities.
Cheers, Deputy Director of the Special Forces, De Oppresso Liber - To Liberate the Oppressed |

@wsuper
that's false, many powerhouse clans have academies, like Solitule Forces: Initives for Solitule Forces, and VAC for VAK.
Having an academy should not degrade a reputation, it's how N-USA agency handles their trainees. Our filters will be strict in the academy. |

Look, if you want it then you should do it.
Just be careful, because some of the time it can go down hill.
Though I like how you have a cap on it.

| You may think your the best, but in real life, you work for the military. Not patrol at Vegas everyday. So please stop bragging. And yes, I guess you can make an academy. |

| Good Idea but it should take a while and be hardcore, much similar to VAK with an entrance course that might take a few hours, just to get into the training phases. |

So...what will be the different kind of stages besides combat...? Also if you're going to have weaponry training make sure to implement all types of clan weaponry |

No agency in NUSA is "the most prestigious"
SF's leader saying that just makes SF look egoistic.
As for the academy, knock yourself out!
