I am currently having trouble in my development of a game in regards to the use of tools.
A player who equips a tool and zooms into first person and then attempts to move backwards will either find their backwards movement a bit diagonal in direction (as opposed to straight backwards), or will be shot forwards at ridiculous speeds. These issues also arise with shift-locking players. |

Make sure the tool has it's "CanCollide" off. That causes issues sometimes. Other than that, just delete and download ROBLOX Studio again.

| @SimplyGhostly, thanks for the response. However, the tools already has CanCollide off. I uninstalled studio and then reinstalled it, but this also did not fix the problem. |

| The first tool it occurred with is the Roblox grappling hook gear. |
