"Scamming as in the 90% tax and restrictions against the 2nd amendment. "
Bernie doesn't want 90% tax.
Bernie doesn't want to restrict the 2nd amendment either. “Folks who do not like guns [are] fine. But we have millions of people who are gun owners in this country — 99.9 percent of those people obey the law. I want to see real, serious debate and action on guns, but it is not going to take place if we simply have extreme positions on both sides. I think I can bring us to the middle.” -Bernie Sanders |

that quote on gun control literally says nothing about his plans. however this one does.
"We need to make sure that certain types of guns exclusively used to kill people, and not hunting, should not be sold in America." -sanders

| The 2nd amendment is flawed in my opinion. It was created back when it took 8 seconds to reload and fire a weapon. |

where was the part about any sort of modern-day rifle capable of murder in the 2nd amendment? to the founding fathers, modern day weapons are inconceivable. i personally believe that the founding fathers did not intend for the civilian populace to be armed with weapons (keep in mind, historical context, personal weapons were either 1 shot rod pistols or likewise early rifled muskets) that could commit mass violence.
to be honest, i believe the 2nd amendment is inherently flawed and outdated, as are many amendments, and it is up to the supreme court and their respective affiliates to ensure that the constitution is liquid in its interpretation to keep up with the current times.

The 2nd Amendment was mostly created to in an effort to maintain a last - resort buffer against extremely powerful, corrupt government leadership.
The common people require access to the latest military - grade firearms in order to act as this buffer which will overthrow any such flawed governments in the case that they take power. Flintlock, single - shot weapons which took a few minutes to reload were at one point the latest in military technology.
Soon enough you'll see the 2nd Amendment do it's job in the 2nd civil war. |

"reported for scamming as in taxing the successful which will cause unemployment to skyrocket and our gdp/wage to ppp to plummet "
So sending jobs overseas, fighting to keep the minimum wage as low as it can possibly be without being arrested, doing whatever is possible to keep operating costs low but CEO pay as high as possible, is being "successful"?
Perhaps in a dystopian society as ours in which those who hold power have no morals and no conscience, and of course no care for anyone but themselves, and at that themselves in a few years.
Taxing the successful will not cause unemployment to plummet ; rather, it will cause wealth to be redistributed through higher wages, higher unit costs of goods, and less wealth concentration.
The wealthy individuals who refuse to take such measures don't belong in this country anyhow because they created this situation and if they refuse to fix it should be arrested / deported.
These people have already sent most of their job slots to Africa, the Middle East and the Far East and are funneling most of their money to overseas investments, so best we seize all their assets which currently exist in the U.S. to prevent them also moving them offshore. |

there's already been enough guns bought, stolen, and owned for years to make any sort of effective bill to prevent gun violence or any decent effect of the removal of the second amendment unless they decided to search every building in the us for guns, which is unconstitutional.
it wont do crap but put a short term dent in how crazies can obtain weaponry, but i mean there's always stealing them, buying them off the black market, borrowing from friends, making your own lethal weapons, and etc.
and even then people can still go out and stab people to death, create hazardous chemicals and expose public places to it, arson, and a multitude of ways to cause harm.
there's not much of a way to stop violence completely or really stop it a little bit. |
