This is, rather, a clarification about hiring Heads, Human Resources, Managers, etc. Let's put it frankly, you can not hire Heads and above without permission from a manager or executive. In the past, we had not dished out punishments to those who broke this rule, rather, we would have yelled at them. However, as shown by yesterday's incident regarding a head waiter using group admin for his own advantageous benefits, there needs to be severe consequences for this.
What kind of consequences, you may ask? It's a simple solution, really. What we're going to do from now on is an auto demotion from your rank. Not a difficult concept to contemplate about, right? It's being automatically fired, plus the benefits of being blacklisted from any job at the diner for a specific or infinite amount of time! It's all jolly, yes?
Now, I'm not trying to be oversarcastic, I am just expressing my frustration over situations like this. I am rather hoping that this will increase the competency amongst the ranks in charge of supervising and assisting the trainees, as well as increasing the level of productivity.
