Like with the chat window GUI, when you block someone it should also block the chat bubbles from said person from appearing. If you mute them it should only stop the chat window, but allow the chat bubbles.
P.S Also, the block feature (for me at least) on the site has stopped saving the people I blocked. I've tried to clear then reblock, but that doesn't seem to be working anymore. So every time I join a game with a user that I've blocked I can see his/her chats.

Muting isn't a roblox feature? You talking about admin commands right? Because if people want muting to do specific things they need to script it that way. Or is there some new mute feature I'm unaware of?

You can either type "/block username" or "/mute username" it does the exact same thing. I'm thinking of making them two separate chat commands. Block would hide the users chat bubbles and chat window chats of the said user. Mute would just hide the chat window chats of the user.
These are not admin commands. This is already implemented in the current chat Gui by default. Type "/help" in-game to see all the commands.
