Max for each category: 20 pullups, 100 crunches, 18:00 3 mile.
I currently do: 20 pullups 90 crunches 24:50 3 mile.
Gotta get that run time good :P |

Ah I have fleeting thoughts about joining the military I'd like to be stationed overseas in another country but I don't want to run the risk of seeing combat. I could definetly meet the physical and mental requirements but I'm not too fond of authority so I don't think I would do well

I used to be kinda fat and have never been very fast so I'd probably have to work at the three mile run My grandpa was a Navy Seal though so it might be in the genes
