| In 81 days I'm going to Disney land but i have a bit of chub around my chest and stomach area. I don't wanna go there looking like that around the swimming pools and such. Yesterday I did a simple 45 minute workout with basics things like squats, sit-ups, v lifts and other exersises I forget the name of already. Reverse fly or something. What else should I do? It's not too much fat I'm not obese. I got 81 days. |

About a year ago I lost alot of weight (so much that as a 4'10 person I weighed the same as I did when I was about 4'6) All I did was for the entire 2 weeks of the Winter vacation was ride my bike for about 2 hours a day. After about 2 days my stomach and leg muscle and arms too felt more 'solid'.

| Yeah I'm eating better stuff now. I drink more water now, no soda. Today I had some multigrain cereal and a tomato sandwich so far it's not supper time yet still another few hours till then. I shoveled the whole driveway and did those same exersises for another 30 mins I should do some more now I also need to find my sisters old gym equipment like Dumbbells and there is a weight set downstairs I lost 5 pounds this week last Sunday I was 180 pounds now I'm 175 (I'm 13 years old and I'm 5'11) |

| Just stay active. Run, lift, do pushups, crunches, cut down how much you eat possibly skip lunch and your body will have to use the fat for energy. If you do this by the time you go you'll be looking dang good. 81 days is a lot of time for improvement, but slack off and it won't happen. |

| Here's some math: I'm 137.5lbs, and a muscular person. If you lost five pounds in one week, and 81 days is around 11 weeks. That's 55lbs overall which takes you down to 130. Plus the days I took off which was like 4 days which is half a week. You only want to aim for about 135-140 pounds, so if you stick with it you can do this bro. |

| And I'm 5' 7" about, so if you're 5' 11" then you're obviously quite a bit taller then me so you want to get to about 145 pounds if you're stocky. |

I'm starting to notice a little difference. My arms are more toned, and I feel like I've actually done work. My abs feel like they had a good workout too. Hopefully if I keep that up I'll be down to where I wanna be in no time.
