tryna tone my abs
currently i do 300 high pulls (70 pounds on each side) 500 leg presses (200 lbs) (not related to abs) and 4 miles on a treadmill
what other exercises should I do?

i do legs and high pulls to brace myself for the treadmill high pulls tone abs leg press tones legs theyre just a warm up
but yeah abs

this is my original ab workout i used to get started
but i eventually started adding like +5 to each individual one every 2 weeks to improve
30 knee crunches 30 cross crunches 20 leg raises 20 cycling cross crunches 30 flutter kicks 20 heel touches 60 sec plank (3 of them if you wanna) 20 supermen
its easy stuff to do if you don't have machines and it works, did some of it in crossfit when i went to that, and if you want to make it harder a 20 lb medicine ball can enhance it

A whole body workout is better than just focusing on one muscle group per workout. You'll eventually pull something if you don't spread it out.
Do hang cleans, Bench, Squats, Deadlift, cardio...etc
A good ab workout are Ab rollouts, or plank. |

Ya he will, lol. you build up this fluid in your muscles that slows recovery and damages muscle if you don't workout other parts/do cardio. Thats assuming he's working out every day/second day. |

Ergometer rowing machine
if its a concept 2, keep it at around 3-4 resistance setting on the flywheel
then go for 5k meters at around 26 strokes per minute, with a split time between 1:50-2:20

If you want to build leg strength; Set 1: Do back squats as fast as you can for 10-20 seconds. Set 2: Do 5-10 reps, 5 seconds on the way down. Set 3: Do 5-10 reps, and sit at the bottom for 5 seconds before coming up.
My Squat weight went from 135 to 400 in under a year with a circuit like that.
