I try joining any game, it tells me to install, I re-install, it crashes.
And I checked that Chrome Pop-up box longggg time ago, there is no way to fix this. |

Have had this issues multiple times, there's a few ways to resolve it.
First! Uninstall ALL ROBLOX application files. The Studio, and Player.
Control Pannel>Programs>Uninstall>ALL ROBLOX Files.
Second! In your main PC Search bar, Type, 'Internet Options', Press Enter and a little menu will come up. On the top look all the way to the right where it says 'Advanced', Click that. Click, 'Reset' And follow the little messages along. This is squashing a install loop if one is currently active in IE. (This will remove NO Files, Extensions or anything else, only reset IE Data)
If your ROBLOX is still being a little noob after that, try this.
Search "Proxy" in your search bar. Click, 'LAN Settings', Make sure ALL of the boxes are unchecked, make sure there is absolutely NO numbers typed in any of the spaces. After this close the menu and re-try ROBLOX.
Hope this helps, goodluck!

That's odd, re-installing always works for me.
If you continue to have this problem, email info@roblox.com and let them know the details. |
