Drink exclusively water. No fruit juice or anything. That will mess you up. When you wake up, if you can, eat 1 egg. If you can't just have an apple or something. For lunch, eat a form of protein but not much. Such as fish if you can get any. Also, apple for any snack you have. Limit yourself to 2-3 apples a day and exclusively 3 meals. Dinner should be any greens and berries and some fish, like salmon.

You do gymnastics?
Stupidest thing in the world, and it is not a sport by ANY stretch of the imagination.
People that call 'dance' and 'gymnastics' sports kill me, play an actual sport like Football or Track and Field.

"People that call 'dance' and 'gymnastics' sports kill me, play an actual sport like Football or Track and Field."
Sport: physical activity (as running or an athletic game) engaged in for pleasure or exercise
So yes, Dance and Gymnastics are *actual* sports.
Besides, both dance and especially gymnastics are both much more difficult than Track and Field.
OP, before deciding to "go on a diet", learn more about the foods you eat and the nutrition your body needs. Most "diets" are just stupid hoaxs that are nothing but bad for your body. You're going to get much better results from changing your actual dietary intake to a healthier, cleaner pattern than any results you might see from a "diet"

Track your calories and your macros. The macros being fat, protein, and carbs. Use an app for it.
Tips: Save candy and stuff for cheat meals. Luncheon meats are known to not be as healthy as people say they are. |
