This was my question.
I've got a script for reading player's group alignments and appropriately placing them in teams. It seems to work fine, the players are being assigned TeamColors (For example, a BrickColor.new("Medium blue")) and if you go into the player's properties while in studio you can see their TeamColor changes to represent their appropriate group alignment. Scripts can read this value and interact with the player accordingly. The problems regard the player's Team alignment in-game and their spawnpoints. Players on the Medium blue TeamColor are not being assigned to the Medium blue Team and will not spawn on Medium blue spawns. Did Roblox change something regarding teams? Is there a value that I should be changing that I'm not? I've used this same method for changing a player's team in previous games and it worked perfectly. Why is it not working now? If you want script chunks to examine, tell me. Short Version - Players assigned to a TeamColor won't be part of their respective Team or spawn on their respective spawns. Reading off the TeamColor works perfectly, though.
This was my answer.
Set one team to AutoAssignable.
Somebody explain what happened and why please.

You had a problem that none of us knew the solution to, it wasn't a scripting question so this isn't really something one of us would know off the top of our heads unless we had the issue before.
Here's my question to you: was there a team called Neutral created? How were the players not on any team? |

| Did you turn the property called "Neutral" off? |

I assume you're speaking of the property of SpawnPoints, and I can assure you that I did.
A team called Neutral was created. It had a TeamColor of White. Since there is no Neutral spawn, players would spawn outside the map and fall into the void.

| That is not normal. Please mention something like that next time you post, I would've known what it was right away. Sorry. |

Player.Neutral was not intentionally enabled by any scripts.
