After voting was taken place and messages were sent to all BODS, officiating crew, and a few other selected people it was decided from the majority that the rule would be [ IB press entire game, and full court press is allowed at the 2:00 minute mark of the 4th quarter ] This rule was then made official through Cyclops7477's agreement via message.
Things that can change and/or is included with this rule:
Right now the in bounder can still backspace the ball in bound with 3 seconds to protect ball from the defender, it is unlikely this rule will be changed
The 8 second rule has a possible chance of being changed to 10 seconds if shown through pre-season games that it's difficult for PGS to cross the line before 8 seconds with this new rule in place
As far as blowouts go there will be a limit for the winning team, if they are winning by 15 or more points. The limit has a likely chance of being changed to a higher or lower amount or maybe it will stay the same. It will be decided after the pre-season is over
When this rule will take effect:
This rule will take effect on 1/29/2016 for the rest of the pre-season games and through the regular and post season.
If you have any questions regarding the new rule send me a message, it's possible I may have missed something.

| 15 is far too low for the blowout rule. I've been in games where a team has come back from more than 40. I would put a blowout rule somewhere around 65. |

ok for the rule im talking about the press, people are confusing it with if a team is losing by 15 points they forfeit, you have to have be beating a team 15 points or more for you to not be able to ib press, if both teams are within 15 points of each other both teams can press

| If you all could read, cool is saying that once a team is winning by 15 points they won't be allowed to ib press anymore since ib press is allowed for the whole game. Ex: Orlando vs Cha. Orlando is up 65-41, Orlando is up by 24 points WHICH IS MORE THAN 15 so they will NOT be allowed to IB press until Charlotte some how makes a comeback and the score is within 15 points. If the score is brought within 15 points, 75-66 for example that means Orlando will have the ability to press Charlotte on the IB again. ~NRBA S10 M.I.P |
