Using parts Ive found, traded, and/or otherwise already had on my possessions.
Since I moved out of my house, I culminated all of my computer hardware and created my first PC from scratch.
Its not much considering everything on it has been free so far. Running windows 10, 5GB of ram, decent graphics card (The other cards arent compatible for the tower I used, so I may switch to one of my other towers for more space)
I might slowly spend money on making it better, I'll just buy individual 2gb ram to fully upgrade the remaining system, find a better graphics card, and Im pretty much set to go. |

@Sev. Basic graphics card, Using a dell tower, I have 2 fans plus graphics fan running, one 2gb ram, and three 1gb ram, using an ASUS motherboard, and a 160gb harddrive that used from a laptop.
Everything I used was free from people who donated to me, or just randomly gave me computer stuff over the years. Heck, I even found a windows 7 disc amongst the stuff, used that then used a windows 10 code to upgrade.
I purely made this from salvaged materials. I do have however an R7 250x graphics card, I might install that once I switch towers. |

If you're looking forward to play anything regardless of graphics (meaning you don't mind changing/lowering them) anything above this will be fine:
CPU Intel i3 @ ~3GHz (in this case ~ will mean "around" instead of the usual GHz meaning)
GPU GTX 500+ (anything above the GTX series will work until more or less 2 years, then we'll all have to move on to at least a GTX 600-700)
RAM 6GB+ (trust me, despite game's common 16GB fetsh, there really is no game that suks up to 16GB from your comp) |

I really see no point in getting 16GB, Im just using this PC for social reasons and occasional light gaming.
8GB should suffice, considering how fast it runs as it is. |
