| So i drank a couple of water and milk while running (This is exercise obviously) and i just wonder if do you wait for the results (Like you see your body more fit) or does it come when you keep exercising. (If otherwise then i will still exercise) |

your body needs to prepare, that's why workouts are only like an hour long
tomorrow you should feel somewhat sore
but yea
if you keep going you'll pretty much black out

Push yourself beyond your strength.
I found if I exercise with dumbells , If I do 50 reps with 50 pounds on each , I feel excrusiating pain in my arms at 40 , but I put myself till 50 and hyper ventilate. Thats how body builders get where they are , they endure pain.
If you feel pain in your stomache or chest , stop immediate. If it's your stomache , might be a hurneia from the pressure. if its your chest , heart attack or could-be heart attack.
