A Bill to Assign Senators and Representatives Offices in the Capitol
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF ROCKPORT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1. Each senator and representative shall have their own office in the capitol building in the City of Remmington.
SECTION 2. Each senator and representative may choose the office of their choice on each floor. However, one side of the offices will be designated for the House of Representatives and the other side designated for the Senate. Each office on either wing of the Capitol will have a nameplate suggesting who the office belongs to. This is to ensure that senators/representatives are not changing their office as they please. If there is a vacancy in either one of those houses of Congress, the person elected in special election shall take the office which was chosen by their predecessor. At the start of a new term, each senator/representative who is elected will choose the office of their choice again.
SECTION 3. The TRC/Rockport Developers will oversee the implementation of this legislation.
SECTION 4. Upon the passage of this legislation, each senator and representative will have 48 hours to choose the office of their choice in the capitol building in the City of Remmington.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
Respectfully submitted to the State of Rockport Congress,
