| The only reason you can say that is because of the first amendment which also outlines freedom of religion so... |

| All ideals of America would be a waste... Than again their school system. This is going to be as one sided as the argument "the air-conditioning is sexist" |

| @Mentel Not sure what you mean. Separation of Church and state is so the state doesn't mess up the Church. Working out somewhat well if I do say so myself. |

no its keeping the church out of the state because the church has bias
and look at republican views to see religious views |

I'm participating an oratorical competition for the American Legion(Military veteran organization)... And at the beginning of the competition ceremony, everyone has to participate in a prayer.
We're supposed to separate Church and State, but the hicks that ride their cousins vote in the narrow-minded conservatives into congress... They're also a major and traditional breeding grounds for recruitment of our armed forces. RIP. |

| @Hail It creates a strong country. America could use this by now but forcing it would be bad. I personally hope to see more Christians but just by saying this I'm screwing myself. |

Seperation of church and state = government cannot enforce anything decided by the church. Basically takes out official power of the church.
Our government is not allowed to limit religious beliefs, encourage them, or make laws about them. |

| As a Christian, I honestly believe in the Bible and teachings in it, both on a logical level and simply because it is God's word. You're saying I should just forget things I believe in simply to participate in a religious debate? |

@Shrauger
It's not bias, it's just that Presidential democracy isn't as effective as Parlimentary... Nevertheless, the sheep keep thinking that simply voting someone into the Presidential office will fix everything. It's like: Why do we vote people to represent our local interests and then a more general candidate only for both parties to constantly clash and make slow progress due to disagreement?
Our first president DID warn us of the dangers of breaking up into political parties... |
