It also needs some colour, any ideas? Green or tan? Or even something else?

Amazing :D Although the tracks could be defined, still, very good! :D Wouldn't mind having u as my builder, I was planning a few times on scripting tanks, I wanted to try out a method I bet no has tried before to animate tank tracks :D

To answer your questions: Only the barrel, and the wheels are unioned. The rest is free formed bricks and triangle pieces.
Part count of the Mk.1 model is 889. The part count of the Prototype is much less.
I don't know what to do with them. For the most part, I plan on adding more tanks, anti-aircraft, artillery and aircraft to this collection, and maybe turn it into a showcase. If I meet a talented scriptor, maybe we can collaborate.
And yes, I know the tank tracks are a bit basic :P Maybe one day I will come back to them.

Do you want one of my tanks for testing? I'd be happy to collab on a working tank :D

Um, if u could just set up some tank tracks, like... u know the way they go like this | | | | | | But of course they're a bit "inserted" into each other, so like the piece in the middle touches with the 2 at the sides, well, u get what I mean? If I remember correctly, takeovertom had similar tracks made, if u could quickly make something like this for me, I can begin my testing, cos my building skills are bad, it'd take me a while to get the tracks ready xD

Sure man, I can do that. It won't be tonight because I'm working on school work, but I'll see what I can do.

Cool man :) Also, a few notes to take down: 1. DON'T union the tracks, I need every single individual piece (They keep rotating in real life, don't they? So I need this). 2. Could u store the pieces depending on which side they're in, like the way there is one on the left, one in the middle and one on the right, I need them organized like that, if confused tell me so I can explain.

Ok. Are the tracks gonna be anchored, or do you want them with hinges keeping them together?
And by store you mean group?
Also the wheels are CSG, I don't know if that matters or not :)

1. Well for this test yeah, I can unanchor them later if I need to. 2. Group, yes, store them in a model. 3. Wheels aren't really needed in here, just the tracks themselves, but wheels will also do just to see how cool it looks like when combining the rotation of the wheels and the tracks.

I've made a demo of the tracks, they're held together by hinges (one bit has been anchored to show the articulation. Is this what you wanted? Or anchored tracks with no hinges?
Also, are they a bit thick?

Lol XD Also 1 more thing (if u don't mind doing it) it would be good if u could like, name each part on each side like, 1, then 2, u know like, choose a random start piece and then keep naming the next pieces in order, or P1, P2, etc, whatever way is comfy for u, as long as it has a number to represent it's place, and as long as those tracks are in correct order physically.
