I am requesting that there should be more options for 2D GUIs. these include the following: BorderRadius: depends on how round the corners are, Padding: depends on space surrounding GUIs and text, Margin: depends on space around the GUI itself, BackgroundType: depends of the GUI's Background is Solid, LinearGradient, or RadialGradiant.
Gradients will need a new value type: Gradient, which will be used like this: Gradient.new("GradientType",{Table of Color3s}) A gradient will require 2 Color3s or more in the table of Color3s.
Padding and Margin will also need a new value type: UDim4, which will be used like this: UDim4.new(top,topraw,bottom,bottomraw,left,leftraw,right,rightraw)
A new Enum will be needed for this aswell: Enum.GradientType, which will have 3 values: SolidColor,LinearGrad, and RadialGrad |

Yeah, this would be awesome. However, roblox already stated that they won't do updates on guis because they want to focus on the fact that roblox is a 3D platform, not 2D. Unless it's for fixes, and even then: they refuse to make rotation compatible with clipdescendants, so if they won't even fix that, they'll obviously not going to add these things :/
You could do it with Images though. |

| HarrySnotte, the point about this is that there are limited features for GUIs, making it impossible to make an amazing GUI using round corners without using decals for round corners. |
