DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
Open Letter to the Supreme Court January 24, 2016
Justices of the Supreme Court, I think it's necessary to address a few of your current issues. For a very long time, the Supreme Court has operated with almost no oversight, so it was only a matter of time before you started abusing your powers. Let's look at just a few of your current problems.
Let's start with your quorum. No, it's not legal to have a quorum of 3. According to 28 U.S. Code § 1, "The Supreme Court of the United States shall consist of a Chief Justice of the United States and eight associate justices, ANY SIX OF WHOM SHALL CONSTITUTE A QUORUM." With that in mind, why is it that you changed your quorum to 3? Surely, our most powerful judges in the country are educated in law! In the best case scenario, you are all educated in law but decided to break the law anyway. In the worst case, you were all too ignorant to know the law, in which case I'd have serious doubts as to why you are all the leaders of the judicial branch. Let's move on to the next problem.
Ichigo5Kurasaki vs. Presidential Amnesty and Pardon Powers ([R]4 U.S. 2) is probably the most concerning case I've seen you all take in a long time. The words pardon, amnesty, and reprieve are all well-documented since they're BASIC WORDS in the English vocabulary; on top of that, they were documented in the English common law, which is what our Constitution was built off of. Pardon means to grant forgiveness after conviction, and such conviction stays on record. Amnesty means to "forget" a crime occurred, and it is used before a trial commences; it clears the crime from any criminal record. A reprieve is a postponement of punishment, usually to allow an important person to do important work before the sentence is enacted. Ichigo wrote in his case petition, "Also the meaning of amnesty says that the victim is pardoned after convication..." That's not the meaning of amnesty; why would you even accept this case if it's built on lies? Pursuant to the powers vested in me under 28 US Code § 516-517, I'll be representing the defense (the side of the Constitution) since this case is of interest to the US Government. On that note, I'd like to be re-added to the SC board; it was terribly rude of you to remove me from it, and now I'll need to have access to that case card.
And finally, your "Federal Rules of Amendment Procedure." Uh, no. You can't remove the federal courts' Constitutionally-granted right to ratify amendments: that's built straight into the Constitution. The Supreme Court DOES have the power to create administrative rules for the Judicial Branch, but administrative procedure, according to law, cannot supercede the Constitution or Acts of Congress. So, what gives you the audacity to act like you can rewrite the Constitution like that? The federal judges have the right to ratify amendments, and no rule from the Supreme Court can overrule that, sorry.
To the readers of this letter, I hope you were as shocked as I was to learn of this abuse from the highest court in the land. Have a nice day.
Synapsic, Attorney General

Oh, with the Ichigo case, 28 U.S. Code § 518 also grants me the ability to go before the Supreme Court for the case; additionally, I direct that I alone will represent the United States: the Solicitor General will be left out of this one.

| I completely agree with you. In a court case today, All Americans were kicked, because some were talking, and before that people who were sitting next to those who talked were shot with icers |

| The supreme court's oversight is the impeachment process and congressional confirmation, but they shouldn't be subject to oversight once appointed and confirmed by elected officials, that would effectively defeat the purpose of the supreme court, it was designed to be a court removed from the whims and passions of the body politic. That being said, what would make more sense is some sort of test for supreme court justices that they have to pass upon appointment to ensure their competence. It would probably require a constitutional amendment but such an amendment would have my support. |

The United States Senate will most certainly discuss among ourselves about this situation, the failure of many justices to carry out their duty properly or as stated, too ignorant to recognize the law.

See, people have been complaining about these problems for awhile. It took someone who was in a position to publicize this, and knew what he was talking about to bring it to light. With this being said, I don't see why people are so up in arms about new people joining the Courts. It seems that mostly its the people ON the court that think they'll lose their jobs when more qualified and competent individuals take their place.
