ARTICLE 1: INTRODUCTION
Welcome, Initiate. In this Codex you will find all information pertaining to the Imperial Guard, entry procedures and requirements, guidelines, and most importantly, your sacred duty. The reading of this Codex is a requirement for any and all Guardsman and must know this by heart, failure to do so may result in permanent exile from the Guard.

ARTICLE 2: ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Before we move on to the requirements, there's something very important you should know. It's NOT easy and there's no tryouts. The rest of the requirements are as follows: - Must have served for over a week in the Imperial Military and no other divisions. - Must have incredible skill in close quarters and ranged combat. - Must have intelligence and initiative while completing orders. - Must show complete, utter and fierce loyalty to the Emperor. - Must be mature and follows every order without question. - Must use grammar, naturally. - Must have Skype.
ARTICLE 3: IMPERIAL GUARD GUIDELINES
SECTION 1: GUARD DUTIES Your duties are the protection of the Emperor, his throne room, the Imperial Citadel on Dromund Kaas, mainly the Sith Sanctum and carrying out the Emperor's orders be it in the battlefield or in another base such as Sobrik Outpost in Balmorra.
SECTION 2: SPEECH PROHIBITION First and foremost, there will be NO speaking at all by any Guard at any given moment. The only EXCEPTION is the Commander, the Training Commandants AND the Captains. The former may speak freely, the Captain however, will only speak if it's absolutely necessary (i.e issuing commands on the Guards if the Commander is not present or giving warnings).
SECTION 3: SPEECH PERMISSION You will only speak if the Commander, the Emperor, or his Wrath and Hand allow it, and even so, you must keep it briefly and even private (through a whisper or a secluded area, your lack of speech indicates commitment and upholding it indicates your honour), another exception where you may speak is in the Imperial Guard trainings, however you are still bound by military regiment rules, including the usage of PTS or ATTN.
SECTION 4: MILITARY ORDERS Only the Emperor, the Wrath and the Hand may control the Guard, unless a specific Guardsman is assigned to the protection of a Councilor, in that case, that Councilor may command him, albeit temporarily. Under no circumstance are you to command a Guard and under no circumstance is a Guard to follow an order. The Imperial Guard is an extension of the Emperor's will, not your lackeys.
SECTION 5: MILITARY TRAINING Despite the fact that the Guard will have its own trainings, a Guardsman may attend a normal training in case he is not assigned or otherwise not busy with his duties, even so his participation shall be limited as he cannot speak.
SECTION 6: MORPH AND UNIFORM USAGE Every Guardsman must purchase and wear the uniform of the Dark Honour Guard, regardless of being on duty or off-duty. Every Guardsman needs to also constantly use the morph while in TSE bases.
SECTION 6: GUARD PUNISHMENTS The punishment will vary according to the severity of the training, however, breaking this Codex is halfway grounds to permanent exile. Breaking of your Oath of Silence and of your duties will lead to exile. Failure to remain active and complete your duties will result in a warning followed by demotion, persistence will result in exile. Failure to carry out your duties with minimal error will result in potential demotion and forced training. Failure to use the morph or the uniform will result in warning and if with persistence, demotion and eventually exile.
SECTION 7: DESERTION Deserting the Imperial Guard without having officialy been discharged will result in you being exiled completely from the Empire and systematically hunted down by ex-fellow Guardsman within the boundaries of the Empire, so that they may hunt down the Emperor's traitors and kill them painfully, it's in their right.
SECTION 8: DISCHARGE Requirements for discharge are: you must serve impeccably for a period of 3 months, in which case you will be promoted to training commandant of the Guard, in which you will help train Initiates and will resume your duties as an Officer of the Imperial Military.
SECTION 9: GUARD AND MAIN COMMUNICATIONS As a requirement, all Guards must attain a Skype and give it to the Commander so he will add you to the DHG Communications, you will remain cordial and lawful, the Communications Channel is where you may speak freely, keeping topics INSIDE ROBLOX and when the Commander issues a PTS or ATTN command within it, you will follow until it is raised. Lastly, you will NOT SPEAK in the Main Communications channel, but monitor it and make sure in-case of a huge argument or spite to control the situation.

ARTICLE 4: IMPERIAL GUARD OFFICER GUIDELINES
SECTION 1: OFFICER HIERARCHY The hierarchy starts with the Captains, the Captains are executive officers of the Commander and help him manage the Guard, they follow the Commander's orders and make sure the Guardsman bellow them do the same. Next is the Training Commandant, although discharged from Guard duty, these Guardsman have gained the honour of training other Guardsman and provide valuable counsel both to the Guards and the Commander, these are the veterans of the Guard who now serve more activelly in Imperial Military. Finally, the Commander, in permanent contact with the Emperor, the Wrath and the Hand. He manages the operations and duties of the Guard and makes sure no heresy nor outside interference is tolerated within the Guard.
SECTION 2: BECOMING AN OFFICER Although an Initiate who has received enough training may be promoted to Zealot, the step to becoming a Captain is much harder. They must have served for a period of two weeks within the Guard and followed their duties admirably, they must have served with extreme loyalty and dedication aswell as skill. The Commander may pick up to 5 Captains and 7 Training Commandants so if the Officer Echelon is full, the rest will stay as Zealots until opportunity or the leadership decides a replacement is in order.
SECTION 3: GUARD ORDERS The Commander issues orders given to him by the Emperor or his Enforcers to the Guards and in the former's absence, the Captains may issue orders, although limitly and in conjunction with whatever the Commander has told them to do, making sure they are followed to the letter and with utmost efficiency.
SECTION 4: GUARD TRAININGS The Commander or the Training Commandants, with the help of the Captains, must host a training atleast once a week to teach the Guardsmen ranged and close quarters combat aswell as inspire them to loyalty and obedience. Those Initiates that perform well or have attained enough training are promoted to Zealot and must take the Oath before the Emperor.
SECTION 5: GUARDSMAN OPERATIONS Operations or missions given to the Guard by the Emperor will remain classified. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE should any Officer elaborate on any operations of the Guard, if so, exilation and deserter status will be implemented on said Officer(s), the same goes for regular Guardsmen, you have been warned.
SECTION 6: GUARD AND MAIN COMMUNICATIONS When an Initiate gives an Officer their Skype, they will be added to the DHG Communications. The Officers job is to make sure it runs cleanly and without problems. They will also help monitor the Main Communications Channel in the same manner as the Guardsman, as listed in Article 3, Section 9.

ARTICLE 5: EMPEROR'S WILL AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
The Guardsman are enforcers of the Emperor's will, besides their protection, they may also be given law enforcement duties in extreme cases where Imperial Intelligence is powerless or otherwise ineffective to handle. Mostly in cases of constant power plays among HRs, heresy, and spite against the Emperor. The procedures for the Guard's Law Enforcement are much stricter than that of Imperial Intelligence, with most offenders ending up dead or demoted or exiled. On another note, the Imperial Citadel, mainly the Sith Sanctum on Dromund Kaas and the Emperor's Throne Room on Balmorra are all part of the Imperial Guard jurisdiction, the breaking of rules at these specific places will result in harsh consequences, you have been warned. Lastly, in case Imperial Intelligence also fails to keep the Main Communications clean, the Guard will intervene with utmost Imperial authority.
ARTICLE 6: DARK HONOUR GUARD AND THE DARK COUNCIL
The Guard may also be called upon for the protection of the Council Chambers and of Dark Council members, albeit temporarily, these Guards form the Dark Honour Guard. They may only be assigned by the Commander or higher, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE is a Dark Councilor allowed to take a Guard as his own, he will be assigned to said Councilor. Lastly, Guards that are protecting the Chambers or a Councilor may follow orders from them, within reason. Do not forget, the Guardsmen answer to the Emperor, not the Dark Council.
ARTICLE 7: OATH OF SILENCE
Upon reaching the rank of Zealot, a Guard will be presented before the Emperor, accompanied by the Wrath, the Hand or the Commander. Upon reaching the Emperor, the Guardsman will bow and wait for the Emperor to allow him to rise, as the Oath is administered, the Emperor mentally bonds with the Guardsmen. During this process, the Commander or the Enforcer present must give the Oath so that the Guardsman may repeat it.
"I swear I will faithfully, loyally and honourably serve the Sith Emperor. To dedicate myself to him with all my strength, sacrificing if necessary also my life. Furthermore I promise to my Commander and my other superiors, respect, fidelity and obedience. I promise, lastly, to refrain from speaking from now on until the day I am discharged. May the power of the Emperor guide me as my watch begins."
