| We humans have spent the last century harming Earth and destroying the environment. Now Earth is taking its revenge on us by creating heat waves, storms, floods, and hurricanes |

would be cool if it wasn't for the fact 'global warming' has been discredited in the past many times already.

| It hasn't been discredited. Any environmental scientist will tell you it's a problem. You can even read about it on NASA's official website. |

Co2 emissions are good for the environment (Crops have been some of the best they've ever been for decades). There has been no global warming since the mid 1990's. Humans don't cause global warming. The Ice caps have been the thickest it's been in almost a decade.
Global warming is a myth.

@Colton
All that video does is point out certain predictions that failed to come true and ranted about imperialism and socialism. He did nothing to refute the fact that greenhouse emissions are in fact warming the planet. And if you still don't believe global warming is a fact, then you're going to have to go against the 97% of scientists who say otherwise. |

"97% of scientists who say otherwise."
This is like saying that because the majority of america believes in god then therefore god exists. Or the reverse by saying how the majority of people in Russia are athiest then he doesn't exist. I could also say that the majority of people are starting to no longer believe in global warming. '
I might also add that we are about to go into a mini-ice age. We're in an ice age right now, actually.

co2 (undeniably) increases ocean acidity -- extremely dangerous towards species which can only survive within a small range of pH |

"CO2 Emissions are good for the environment"
CO2 is indeed part of photosynthesis and the Carbon Cycle. But humans are simply pumping far too much of it into the atmosphere for plants to process. Not to mention that CO2 is just one of the many greenhouse gases produced by humans. |

"Co2 emissions are good for the environment"
But it's clearly not good fod the atmosphere
"There has been no global warming since the mid 1990's."
It started way before that. It started after the Industrial Revolution, when humans first started using fossil fuels.
"Humans don't cause global warming."
Yes they do. CO2 heats the earth
"The Ice caps have been the thickest it's been in almost a decade." Warmer oceans cause more precipatation which causes the ice in Antarctica to get thicker |

A mini-ice age? Is that actually true, or are you referring to the extremely cold weather that's been happening during the past few winters?
Here's the thing: Global warming is somewhat of a misnomer, since it's not just about the Earth's climate becoming warmer. It's also about the Earth's entire climate going completely insane, which is why most scientists now call it "Climate Change." |

whether these are reliable is up for you to decide. Anyone can claim anything is unreliable, though.

Are you seriously comparing religious beliefs to science? Religious beliefs are established for no reason other than faith or the lack of. There is absolutely no way to prove it either way -- it is an unfalsifiable hypothesis. For that reason alone, a consensus among experts about the existence of a god is meaningless. anyone Climate change is not. Climate change can be proved (and disproved).
Scientists don't judge the validity of a scientific hypothesis based on a whim, they collect evidence, examine data, and find and report patterns, to say the very least. Climate scientists go through many years of education and then go on to do their own studying for even longer. They are experts, and know what they're talking about. The consensus that global warming is happening is one of the largest exhibited in the scientific community. It's not common to see anything like it.
By the way, only 13% of Russians identify as atheist, and 25% identify as "spiritual but not religious". It's incorrect to say Russia has a majority atheist population. |

Here's the thing: Even if global warming isn't a thing, society should be investing in clean energy. If we won't do it for the sake of the Earth, we should do it for the sake of ourselves:
Here's the thing: Fossil fuels, coal, oil, and gas, are not just incredibly dirty, but dangerously finite. Our oil reserves especially are quickly being depleted, and the consequences of that could be disastrous. I mean, our society is pretty much entirely based on the stuff. If we don't do anything about it, when oil finally leaves, it's taking modern society down with it. |

| The Medieval Warm Period was natural. But however, Climate change is not natural. Earth should actually be in a cooling period right now |

| Again, just because CO2 could be helping *some* aspects of the environment, does not mean that it's not also absolutely destroying other aspects. Ocean pH levels have been some of the highest the world has ever seen. Marine organisms that undergo calcification will be threatened when they can no longer form an exoskeleton or other forms of protection, leaving them vulnerable. |
