Hello, as you know, I'm the Secretary of Defense for SuddenRush12G campaign as President. With the power vested in me by the President of the United States of America and the United States constitution, I hereby declare this the official doctrine/policy for all USM joint chief of staff and branch command to follow. (All unit Commanders, Commanding Officers, Officers-in-Charge, and Joint Chief of Staff Personnel shall comply with the provisions of this doctrine and read ever part of it)
This was made 1/18/2015 and is subject to change at any time and point in the future and may not be the most updated and recent information.
Section 1: (basic rules for all branches) - Respect the rank first, the decision second, branch third, and the person last. - Act in a mature way, use grammar and basic English mechanics. - No petitioning, campaigning, or voting for positions or ranks. - No rude, hurtful, disrespectful, or slanderous statements made towards others. - Follow orders from a superior officer. - Bring to your superiors solutions, not problems. - Do not use emojis or emoticons (Like " :D , :P , :3 , xD " and others). - Never lie, make untrue statements with the intent to deceive. - Never cheat, never practice fraud or trickery.
Section 2: (how branch commands/structures will work and how BMT/OCS will be held)
(any non Army may skip this) Army: The Army will be ran by the JCS and VJCS along with the command they select, the SECARMY is the overseer of the Army and may help add policy with approval of the Secretary of Defense and also advise/recommend the Secretary of Defense on what to do, they do not have operational authority or command over the JCS/VJCS. All Army command will have specific ranks given but may start higher or lower, solely at the discretion of the JCS/VJCS.
United States Army Forces Command: FORSCOM will be ran by the FORSCOM CO, selected by the JCS/VJCS and approved by the Secretary of Defense and CJCS, all the Corp COs will report to the FORSCOM CO who will report to the JCS/VJCS, he will be an O9 Lieutenant General but permitted to be an O10 General, his XO will be an O8 Major General, the Corp COs are in-charge of a few and/or several divisions, they will be an O8 Major General but permitted to be an O9 Lieutenant General, their XO will be an O7 Brigadier General.
Division COs will be in-charge of men who have selected the division and joined, division COs will be O6 Colonel and may not be anything higher unless permitted by the Secretary of Defense or CJCS. The divisions will have brigades, Brigade COs will be O3 Captain but permitted to be O4 Major through discretion of the division CO. The division XO will be an O5 Lieutenant Colonel. Division COs must also select a division Command Sergeant Major. (E9b) Corps, and divisions are to ensure the training of their corp/division ONLY, FORSCOM CO/XO may ensure the training of the entire branch with the TRADOC CO but may not host BMT/OCS.

United States Army Training and Doctrine Command: TRADOC will be ran by the TRADOC CO, selected by the JCS/VJCS and approved by the Secretary of Defense and CJCS, he will be an O9 Lieutenant General but permitted to be an O10 General, TRADOC CO will be in-command of ensuring the training of the Army, he will host the BMT and OCS with his staff. (JCS/VJCS may host as well but that is it) They will also be permitted to host branch wide training. The TRADOC CO must also ensure that all divisions have a CSM and that the CSM is training said division, the Army will also have a Sergeant Major of the Army, the highest enlisted in the Army and this person will work with the TRADOC CO specifically in ensuring the training for the army and working with the division CSM, the SMA is also permitted to host a BMT. (not OCS)

(any none Marine Corps may skip this) Marine Corps: The Marine Corps will be ran by the JCS and VJCS along with the command they select, the SECNAVY is the overseer of the Marine Corps and may help add policy with approval of the Secretary of Defense and also advise/recommend the Secretary of Defense on what to do, they do not have operational authority or command over the JCS/VJCS. All Marine Corps command will have specific ranks given but may start higher or lower, solely at the discretion of the JCS/VJCS.
