cool, eating right is the most important part of working out
you'll see when you get really into it your meals will affect your workouts.

@non I work out 3 hours a day, and I'm not sure she said she looked at it and it was stuff that was rated good for what I need @Orc We don't have much in our house that has protein, I try to eat healthy but I can either juice with my parents, or have PB&Js. The good food that we do have either A, doesn't taste good, or B, isn't easily accessible. Don't really feel like cooking chicken and rice every night.

Carbs will help you workout better, since your energy source starts using Carbs before fats, and other things
If you have the right carbs, you won't get fat

Yeah tbh, eating natural foods will help you gain better lean muscle (like meats and carbs) better than protein powder will
Protein powder is good for people that just do stuff like lifting weights, and not stuff that has a lot of moving excercise (running, swimming, etc) |
