I usually don't focus strictly on cardio because i get it through baseball, summer,fall, and winter conditioning but this year being my senior year I decided not to play and I'd like to be able to do some cardio workouts now considering I've got no problem with my muscle I'd actually like to lose some weight(I'm not fat I just gained more than I'd like from being on a computer a lot)


Anyone got tips

you really shouldn't be gaining any weight at all from being on a computer unless you're literally on there for 10+ hours a day e.e

I'm 5 pounds over my goal weight so I just wanna lose the 5 pounds lol

I'm 6'1 and 205

What I did was run 10 miles a week last summer, lost 20 pounds when school started.

2 miles 5 days a week or?

sometimes 2 a day for 5 days, sometimes 3 a day for 3 days and did the last 1 on later days. I mixed it up a lot.
