1. Exercise from doing jogging to press-ups and pull-ups and even star jumps if you feel like it. Anything to keep you active.
2. A healthy diet is necessary for fitness. Eat lots of varied, healthy food and cut down and sugar and carbohydrates.
3. At least 8 hours of sleep is needed to be well-active! Perhaps, 7 hours and 45 minutes is the minimum for exceptions!
4. Have good looks! As in, brush your teeth, take care of your face, nails and skin!
5. Be mentally optimistic! This has been proven to be able to lengthen your lifespan by even a few years! |
