"I went to scool tewday and studdied Maths."
that sentence has fine grammar. the word order is fine, the cases are fine and the tenses are fine. it's just spelt incorrectly.
grammar is how a language works. its phonology, its phonological constraints, its inflections, cases, word order etccccccccccccccccc. not the spelling.
'I went to scool today and studeed Maths.' - Bad spelling 'I went scool to today and studdieded the Maths.' - Bad grammar
this is coming from a linguistics enthusiast so please.

Also "maths" implies plural, which is also grammar fault.

no it isn't. maths is short for mathematics in the UK and is not a plural.

I mean, I didn't fault your actual point, but you'd think you'd double check your grammar in a thread about it.

and actually maths can be capitalized if you're referring to a course so he could have been studying a maths course.

Math doesn't refer to a unique entity, but a class of entities. There's many types of math. It's like how there would mever be a planet named Planet.
