I got a question, ever since you guys made FilteringEnabled.
It allowed me to finally create local bricks/lightnings/scripts that run only on the client side without having to use the old glitchy camera method.
Now the thing I'm wondering about is whether this will be a permanent proper method to make local bricks, or is it subject to change in the future ?
Cause I would like to use this method to make client-sided scripts in most of my games and I'm slightly bothered that it might be broken in future updates to roblox lua cause it's not an official method yet. |

| Yes it's permanent and the staff is very inactive here (or just don't post), you'd be better off going to like, some other forum or messaging an admin or something. |

| As for now it is permanent, and if they ever do decide to remove it, they will most probably be replacing it with another method, not just removing it without warning. |

They'll never remove it, even if they "plan to." Remember that method that was deprecated more than 3 years ago? remove? Yeah, look how that's going; it's still here, it still works.
Too many new games rely on FE now so it will never be removed. |

it's also worth noting that FE is the far superior network model
ROBLOX would've employed this earlier, but it's hard to move people from an existing way of doing something. even now it's optional and hardly anyone uses it |
