I skate a lot which means i get the leg strength but my lungs can't keep up at all

I'm a pitcher in baseball, my coach usually has the pitchers run about 10 miles a week so yeah.

Most of the repliers are liars Im gonna be honest, I go to the gym every 2 days and run on the treadmill and lift weights. I never keep track of how much I run, but I usuaally burn about 150-200 calories, then I lift 15 pounds each side on the bench press. I'm 13 btw |

'uh hey guys, all you kids are lying so uh, go back to middle school' 'so im gonna lie myself because i go to the gym every 2 days and run on the treadmill all the time and lift weights, i compete with men there and i always lift more' 'so i never keep track of how much i run, but its probably like 50 miles a day and i burn like 300-700 calories, then i lift weights on the bench press to grow my muscles' 'oh im also 13'
