Arrest Protocol Bill Proposed by Representative Disn1245
Introduction: This bill will control the actions of law enforcement agencies, protect civilians from unreasonable arrest or death from agencies. For all inquires about definitions of anything mentioned in the bill please refer to Section 3.
SECTION 1: Arrest Protocol An arrest may be made in accordance to any laws approved by Congress, and at the discretion of a law enforcement officer while following this protocol:
Section 1a: Minor Crime: 1. Warn the perpetrator to stop committing the offense (Minimum one warning) 2. Tase (See Section 4) the perpetrator, along with a strong verbal command to stop. 3. Arrest the perpetrator
Major Crime: (Note: if the perpetrator is being violent and is causing harm to law enforcements officers and/or bystanders this may warrant lethal force, see Section 2) 1. Tase if needed to conduct the arrest. (optional) Arrest the perpetrator
Section 1b: If this bill is passed, all law enforcement operatives with the power to make arrests will be required to follow this simple protocol.
SECTION 2: Lethal Force Protocol
The law authorizes law enforcement officers to use deadly force only when they reasonably believe it is necessary to defend themselves or a third person from the use or imminent use of deadly physical force or to make an arrest or prevent the escape from custody of a person whom they reasonably believe has committed or attempted to commit a felony involving the infliction or threatened infliction of serious physical injury and, where feasible, they have given warning of their intent to use deadly physical force.
Minor crime: crime that generally has no victim, or has a low effect to the server and/or country. This includes but is not limited to tool theft (not including firearms or weapons), battery (verbal abuse), trespassing on private property (excluding the White House or other high level government buildings), and harassment.
Major crime: Crime that inflicts damage to another player or another players property, vehicle, weapon theft and illegal weapons trafficking and/or position of illegal weapons also fall under this category.
Taser: Anytime the item “Taser” is mentioned in the article, it refers to any tool used by law enforcement that temporarily disables a character.

| Verbal assault isn't illegal. Also I think intentionally stealing a tool of any type(NOT ACCIDENTALLY PICKING IT UP IF IT WAS DROPPED) should be instant arrest. |

Yes. Talking to someone persistently isn't harassment, I'm tired of law enforcement pulling the harassment excuse because they are too stupid to use words.
