I remember playing Roblox a few years ago, my account was Blazher3 (Which is now hacked and stolen from me) and I LOVED playing this game at a younger age, now that I have gotten older and gotten back into the game, I've noticed A LOT of things that seem to point Roblox turning away from it's players that just want to play for free. Now before I start seeing all the arguments of your reason against mine, hear me out, just listen for a bit ok? Please put yourself in the place of a player who doesn't wish to spend money on a free game unless it warrants it alright? Good.
First off, the "Tickets" situation. These yellow pieces of virtual carnival-esc currency are mostly ignored here in Roblox. In fact if you head to the Catalog and go to "All Featured Items", you'll see there are about 3 pages of items for Tickets and over 100 pages for items for Robux. Not to mention the fact that most of those ticket items would require logging in for several months in a row. All the cool and interesting items require Robux. You could transfer Tickets to Robux but it takes around 14 Tickets to equal just 1 Robux. We "Free Only" players are left out in the long run, heck, we still have to pay 100 Tickets to get 1 piece of clothing.
Next, we have the fact that a lot more creators are leaving "Game Changing" content to "VIP Passes". People will argue that it's mostly cheap at around 15-20 Robux but that's pretty expensive considering that you either have to wait more that 15 days to get the tickets to transfer, or go out and buy more Robux. Just the fact that you have to PAY to get content that can make you better at the game is shameful all in itself. No matter if it's a OP weapon or something that double up your stats you can't deny it IS a pay-to-win feature. Things like extra customization are FINE, they don't effect the game-play at all. I'm seeing this way too often and it's easy to see people in the game who have spent vast amounts of Robux to decimate everyone. I've also seen games that are locked until you pay a entrance fee or "Beta's" that say you have to pay to test their game. I'm sure this will keep on expanding to more frightful things indeed. People who complain about what I just said here are most likely those who have put money into these things and would be mad if it was removed. Roblox THEMSELVES have shown this kind of behavior, locking certain things behind their "Builders Club" as a intensive to give them your cash. You can't make a group, trade, sell, or get free Robux until you get Builder's Club. That doesn't seem unreasonable to you?
I in no way hate Roblox or it's community. I'm just worried of all these things becoming more vast and terrifying. This game was built around the premise of creating and sharing on a free platform, but now that platform is cluttered and locked off in areas with "Outrageous Builders Clubs" and "MEGA ULTRA VIP's". I am always willing to give money to games that earn it but this is just too much. We could fix some of these problems. For instance, sell visual customization rather than game changing inclusions, you will still make a lot of money without forcing others away from your game because so-and-so just killed everyone with a Tactical Golden RPG from the 20$ Pass he just bought. Roblox could focus more on all of those who just want to play for free, while releasing more customization content for those who want to spend money. If you want to spend dollars upon dollars on a free game, that's fine, I just want to see a Roblox where everyone can enjoy the game, have fun, make that awesome avatar, and most importantly, create and share without having to deal with "Necessary Purchases". Is that too much to ask?
I ask you all to leave your criticism, I'll read and reply, I think THIS is the way Roblox should be, but I know those who have taken FULL advantage of this system would be angry should Roblox decide to take a different path to one where we're all happy. |

| Tl;dr: ROBLOX made bad updates and is now money hungry. Change needs to occur now and the price floor along with bad updates need to be abolished. The market needs to be fair for everyone once again. |

| I have never asked for free Robux and I continue not to do so, I only want to see less of this "Money=OP" system. I am totally fine with paying money for free games as I have done before, but Roblox is one such game where it doesn't earn me paying them money. If the ONLY way to have fun is to pay more to a game, you've done something wrong. |

| You have to remember it's just a game. Yet you have to remember, a spark can cause the greatest of change (where did I hear that? maybe Avatar?). |

Here's a simplified version. -More creators are switching to Pay-to-Win. -Roblox is focusing more on people who pay rather than everyone all together. -Roblox is keeping necessary additions behind their Builders Club. -This may increase in scale over time |

| Considering the fact I have yet to pay for Robux and continue to do so is a possibility, also the fact this brings up that there is not a lot of items for sale that use tickets. |

| The issue is your mind. I am not calling you slow or anything, it's just you know too much about this site. You know about all of the bad things, see many 2014, 2015, and 2016 players do not. So, they still enjoy the site. |

| Sorry for my terminology, glad you caught me by that, It is better phrased as content that should have been available free, but isn't. Such as selling things, creating groups, and having more than one place. Sorry again for my very poor choice of words. |

| Well, we can always remember this is a site and in real life we can mold reality how we want. Real life will always be superior. |

Yes I've been here a while and I know the stuff that's happened but these new players should be aware, what if something like that happens this year or later down the path?

If you want robux just buy them I honestly think roblox should charge to play, and there would be a singleplayer demo for people that didnt

"Yes I've been here a while and I know the stuff that's happened but these new players should be aware, what if something like that happens this year or later down the path?" They can move on from this game and discover their true destiny. |

| Your school has writing classes? Mine does, but they're mostly reading. All about poets and play writers who died hundreds of years ago. There is creative writing, but that's for junior and senior only. |
