| As a Mets fan, #LolMets has been one of the most painful punchlines in baseball, and with the narrative that we can't afford to resign Cespedes (something I don't want happening due to the ridiculous number of times he K's) it seems the whole Mets are pathetic narrative has been revived |

| They might be, But if Griffey goes in the Hall today with 100% of the ballot. M's fans are gonna hold that over all the other teams fans for a long time. |

What's sad is that they had Griffey and A-Rod on the same team and NEVER reached a world series Griffey getting in on the first ballot just shows how good he was, unfortunately he played for the laughing stock of the AL |
