This idea is that reflectance parts actually reflects parts and meshes around the player. So whenever you set a reflectance to a part, it would reflect the setting around the area. I see that this could be a bit laggy in a way, so I would recommend that it would be an option to be set by the developer himself through properties. I would also recommend that it would only run on graphics 6 to prevent too much lag. I would say that running on 6 would only reflect the parts around them and the meshes. At graphics 8 I would say that it would reflect the parts around them and the players. This idea may have already been suggested, but I have not seen it. Implementing this idea would revolutionize capabilities of building.
In conclusion, I would like to see reflectance parts actually reflect parts, meshes, and players. I would only make it run on 6 with parts and meshes. 8 with players added. It would also only be set if the developers enabled it in properties.
