| Seriously though, if one person did something to another without then being named or identified I believe it'd be a lot fairer. |

Well considering people react differently just because one person is a certain gender in a case shouldn't change anything if the person did commit the crime yet it does. |

my first time in court was nerve-wracking even though it was only the sheriff court and i would feel like there was an injustice done if they didn't have the screens
that's why they have a viper parade to identify them
im pretty sure gender is mentioned incase it's some sort of abuse charge etc |
