Please give LR honest answers. It might seem hard but letting someone know that their building need more practice saves the embarrassment later.
Do not tolerate with builders who criticize other builders work. Actions like these will result in major consequences
Everyone learns at their own pace do not rush or slow down a builder from learning.
Requirements must meet before ranking a LR to the next rank
Rookies Builders- These builders need help knowing how the f3x works this includes exporting/using mesh/weld/unanchor etc. Automatically rank these builders to 2 if they know how it works
Good Builders- These builders need to learn how combine 2 bricks together and learn how the bricks interact with each other for example placing a 4 corners together creates a diamond like block.
Great Builders- These builders learn to interact blocks to each other they will need to practice good building habits like planning or layout the bricks before they build.
Awesome Builders-These builder's will learn to use the tabs inside of f3x for advance building methods
Excellent Builders-These builders will learn to work with others as f3x is power for teamwork and dedication. put these builders into team builds
Ultimate Builders- These builder's will learn to use advances building tools these advance options are local, last, both
Marvelous Builders-This builders will use these advanced tool method and will start solo building and team building
Stupendous Builders- Will recite the use of each tabs and perform a 1 theme solo build until going into a HR
