\\\:THE SITH CODE:/// Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me.
You should be expected to be able to understand the version in the sith language:
Nwûl tash. Dzwol shâsotkun. Shâsotjontû châtsatul nu tyûk. Tyûkjontû châtsatul nu midwan. Midwanjontû châtsatul nu asha. Ashajontû kotswinot itsu nuyak. Wonoksh Qyâsik nun.
Failure to learn this will result in being put through the academy again, being removed from your position or not being promoted.
\\\:MATURITY AND DISCIPLINE:///
Everyone should be mature at ALL times, you are expected to remind your superiors that they should be mature, even if they don't like it. All matters about discipline should be sent to a Hand who will deal with it accordingly.
You MUST be disciplined, a sith without discipline will not be a sith very long. I will personally remove you if you are undisciplined. Respect is a key part of discipline, and maturity is also part of discipline. That is why you must have all 3 if you wish to succeed as a sith.(This is you talking spartan)
Grammar comes under all of this, if you have no grammar you are unlikely to reach a high rank.
\\\:REQUIRED SKILLS:///
You need some decent sword/saber skills, but these can be developed.
Obby skills are a boost and anyone with good obby skills and something to prove it are more likely to become apprentices as they are well rounded.
Gun skills, yes sith dont use guns, but some gun skills are good to have.
Respect, maturity, and grammar(See above).
Some basic knowledge of the sith is always a good thing to have.
\\\:KAGGATH RULES:// A Kaggath is an official duel that challenges any rank below "The Hands of the Emperor", but they must be the apprentice of that person, or be challenging them for their position in the Dark Council or their position as Voice or Wrath of the Emperor. If the challenger wins, he claims the title of the loser, be that Master, Voice, Wrath, or Dark Council. If the defender wins, the challenger is reduced to the lowest rank and is disgraced. If the challenger has won, the defender is demoted one rank, or exiled, depending on the situation and their reaction. A Kaggath can be REFUSED but it is HONOURABLE to engage in one as it decides the fate of your reputation. To win a kaggath is like being promoted 5 times. It makes you stick out, be remembered, and most of all, respected. But remember, to lose one is even worse.
