Sorry, I got bored... ^_^
This is to be performed at night. While the temperature is around 50°F or lower.
Materials needed: Pull-Up bar, Bar Dip bar, pool (big enough to fully submerge yourself and the other 5 people), ice (lots of ice), 5 other people (or do it yourself but it'll be 100 times harder), a log
log size: Big enough for 6 (6-7 ft) people to hold and no less than 12 inches in diameter
Outfit: If possible BDUs but if you can't, Jeans and a white t-shirt with boots would be fine (but if you're flat footed, or can't get boots then use regular running shoes)
Step 1: Fill pool with water Step 2: Put ice into the pool until the water is just right for you (but not any higher than 40°F) Step 3: Get in your outfit with only the BDU pants, white t-shirt, and boots (or what ever you could afford)
Assuming it gets dark around 17:00 (5:00 PM)
Phase 1: At 17:00 everyone gets inside the pool while looping there arms through each others to create a chain Phase 2: At 17:15 everyone exits the pool and lines up for some PT 50 push-ups>>30 jumping jacks>>15 pull-ups>>5 synchronized push-ups>>20 Squats with the log(on right shoulder, left handed? Too bad)>>Repeat Until next phase Phase 3: At 17:30 go for a run (at least a mile or 2, as long as you can finish before next phase) Phase 4: At 17:45 it's pool time again for 15 more minutes Phase 5: At 18:00 do a half-mile log run Phase 6: At 18:15 do 20 Bar Dips>>20 Pull-Ups>>50 Push-Ups>>50 Sit-Ups
Repeat this whole list until 00:30 (12:30AM) then have a 30 minute break and eat a 1000 calorie meal (healthy, McDonald's doesn't count and other fast food restaurants) and make sure it's cold like an MRE. This will put stress in your body. Hope you can handle it. Or just get some MREs. Oh and if you miss the meal too bad. At 01:00 start at Phase 1 and go through it until Phase 6, then repeat until you do Phase 6 AFTER sun rise (meaning if you're at Phase 2 or 3 then continue until you finish through Phase 6. Even if you get done a few minutes before sun rise. Do it again until you pass phase 6)
WARNING: Don't forget to stretch about 30 minutes before and after this program. And if you pull a muscle stop, stretch and rest.
Also, if one of the guys drops out, then too bad. More for you. BUT, how far can you get alone?
A Synchronized push up (idk the real name) is a where everyone's feet are propped up on there each others back and must complete a full push up together. Everyone down in sync, and everyone up in sync. No-one in sync? Doesn't count.
Yeah, yeah I know this is poorly put together :(
I am not responsible for any injuries, deaths, or causes that might have been caused by this program that is not authorized by anyone I know that can authorize such non-sense... |

UPDATE: Meal must be eaten with feet in the water. Build a deck around the pool if possible. If you can't then get a boat to use... If you can't, find something |

"OT is above C&G, go there."
Oh I thought you said OP, lol silly me.
But this isn't for any groups. This is for the whiny children of OT
