For some reason I can't join games, yet my internet is a 26 MB/S. I have a Intel Inside Pentium 4 HT processor, which is fast, but I can't join games, they won't load. My anti-virus ISN'T blocking it too. Any suggestions?
- Thanks!

Are you on a mobile device? You're not going to get a good connection on a xFinity hotspot if your phone/tablet is not close enough to the Wi-Fi signal.
There's also a possibility of congestion on the network if the Wi-Fi is at a busy public area. |

Whoops. Disregard last post. Missed the part where you mentioned you had a Pentium 4 processor.
Check if the router's bandwidth is being used up by someone else. |

| 26 MB/S isn't that fast. The slower your internet to the more likely you can't connect to games. |

Internet Speed: (found on speedtest.net) Ping: 26 MB/S Upload Speed: 19.67 MB/S Download Speed: 19.39 MB/S
Those numbers are the ping, upload speed, and download speed. |

According to Intel, the Pentium 4 HT is almost 10 years old.
Intel Website: http://prntscr.com/9hxpgm
Q1'06 means it was launched the first quarter of 2006.
It does surprisingly have a nice amount of cache for an '06 Processor.
But if you have a Pentium 4HT, you have an older computer.
Whats the make, model, and Available RAM?
Windows 7: Click Start, Right click 'Computer' click 'Properties'
Windows 8 / 8.1: Move mouse to the top right corner so the side menu opens Type 'Control Panel' Click 'System and Security' Click on 'System'
Windows 10: Click start, Search 'Control Panel', click 'Enter' Click 'System And Security' Click 'System'.

If your network has many devices on it, it may cut out during some times. Try removing some devices from the network.
Maybe you are out of range to your router. Try moving somewhere closer. It might help.
If you can't move to a nearby area, buy a WiFi Range Extender. You can get them at Wal-Mart or BestBuy, and they come with instructions on how to connect to your router to the extender in the same room by pressing the WPS button on your extender and router, (the button might be on the control panel online), and then it should sync to the router and whatever lights will appear on your extender. After it completes that, take it to the room you want WiFi. It should complete it's cycle, and rebroadcast the WiFi signal, and then you should have a new WiFi named (network name)_EXT. Then you can connect to it as usual.
This is what my extender does, and it can go up to 600 MBPS. It's a NETGEAR extender, and I have a Linksys Smart WiFi Router, so all brands should work with any router, as long as it says "Will Work With Any Router" on the box.
It's a simple set-up, and they come around 20-30 dollars.
I hope this helped,
Have a Wonderful Merry Christmas,

The only advice I have for you is to either wait it out, as it might be a bug. Is it saying "This Game Has Shutdown," or is it saying, "You Have Lost Connection To The Server"?
If nothing else resolves this, please contact ROBLOX at info@roblox.com
Be prepared for frustration, because they'll tell you what I'm telling you, but you never know.
Have a Merry Christmas,

| For my family im only had 7 people in my family i can join games but xfinity is Plus package, which includes more digital channels in the Digital Economy tier and faster Internet service, but no HBO, for $84.95 per month. The difference in speeds, according to Comcast, is the original Internet Plus was up to 50 Mbps, the new Internet Plus 25 is up to 25 Mbps, and Blast! Plus is up to 105 Mbps. |

Specifically, Comcast has increased the speeds of three Xfinity Internet tiers: “Performance” now offers speeds up to 50 Mbit/s, up from 25 Mbps; “Blast” is now 105 Mbps, up from 50 Mbps; and “Extreme 105” has been bumped to 150 Mbps. comcast has increased the speeds of two Xfinity Internet tiers in the Northeast: Xfinity Internet Blast now offers speeds of up to 105 Mbps, up from 50 Mbps; and Xfinity Extreme 105 has been bumped to 150 Mbps from 105 Mbps. I'm thinking of either getting comcast economy plus or performance starter plan through comcast. Economy plus = downloads up to 3 Mbps and uploads up to 768 Kbps. Performance starter = download speeds up to 6 Mbps and upload speeds up to 1 Mbps. I watch a lot of streaming videos and play multiplayer games. At only $39.99, with a one year contract, it is the cheapest option. After your 12 months contract ends, the plan changes to $59.99 a month; bringing the total cost of two years of an Internet Only package with Comcast to $1,199.76 or $49.99 a month, on average, over 24 months. Image result for comcast internet plus speed Plus package, which includes more digital channels in the Digital Economy tier and faster Internet service, but no HBO, for $84.95 per month. The difference in speeds, according to Comcast, is the original Internet Plus was up to 50 Mbps, the new Internet Plus 25 is up to 25 Mbps, and Blast! Plus is up to 105 Mbps |

| @iMag. Alot of other people are experiencing this "bug". It's is a ROBLOX Issue, I know it's not my internet, or computer. Probably after Christmas Break, they will update. |

In my own opinion, I may be wrong, but we used to have Xfinity, and we have Charter [Spectrum] now, and the internet speed is a lot better, plus gaming is a lot better.
