I've created this thread to promote others to consider using this as they rank up. It includes almost everything you need to know to become the best Assassin you can be.

[Tenets]

LAB emphasizes these three rules or 'Tenets' to ensure we keep others, ourselves, and the Brotherhood safe.

Tenet 1: Stay your blade from the flesh of an innocent.
Meaning: Slaying innocents who did nothing wrong could spread discord among the Brotherhood and essentially make it fall apart.

Tenet 2: Hide in plain sight.
Meaning: Blend in with the crowd.

Tenet 3: Never compromise the Brotherhood.
Meaning: The actions of one must never bring harm to all. All in all, just be respectful to your Brothers and Sisters.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Maxim]

The Maxim is like the big rule that every assassin must follow. The meaning has two parts.

Maxim: Nothing is true; everything is permitted.
Meaning: Saying "nothing is true", is to understand that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. Saying "everything is permitted", is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with the consequences of those actions, no matter if they are good or bad.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Ironies]

The three ironies are observations that describe the contradictions between the LAB, and the actions of the Assassins who followed it.

Irony 1: The Assassins seek to promote peace, but commit murder.
Irony 2: The Assassins seek to open the minds of men, but require obedience to rules.
Irony 3: The Assassins seek to reveal the danger of blind faith, yet practice it themselves.

All of these Ironies are about sacrificing yourself for the Creed. The Assassins do not always experience the benefits of their work, but carry on in hopes of creating a better future.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Sword Styles]

Sword styles are a good advantage to defeat your opponent in a sword fight.

Solid: Act like you're AFK and at the last moment you attack.

Liquid: Copying your opponents moves.

Bunny Hopping: Jumping constantly. At the perfect moment, get behind them and slash their side.

Spin: Spin your character really fast while lunging. This is a good technique to taunt your opponent with.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Formations]

Formations are a good way to make us Assassins look professional in an organized manner.

Shoulder To Shoulder: Most of the time abbreviated as 'STS'. Stand next to your Brothers and Sisters in a horizontal line in front of your commanding Master/Mistress with a one stud (arm length) gap in between you and the people next to you. STS splits into more formations, such as DSTS (Double Shoulder To Shoulder) where you do a regular STS but you create another line.

Single File Line: Most of the time abbreviated as 'SFL'. SFL is where everyone stands behind the commanding Master/Mistress with one stud spacing from the person who is aligned in front and behind you. The commanding Master/Mistress will say "March", and everyone will follow him/her (stll aligned!) until they stop and announce what's next.

Colonial: Two SFLs lined up upon each of the commanding Master/Mistress's arms. Each person in each SFL should be also lined up with the person across from them in the other SFL. There should still be one stud spacing! The commanding Master/Mistress might use this to march as well. If there is an odd amount of people, the person who makes it odd goes to the back of the line and in the middle of the people in the back.

Illusion: Line up in a SFL, but you're actually supposed to neckkiss. Do what the commanding Master/Mistress does(i.e, if they raise their hand [H], you raise your hand as well).

Wedge: Two people line up upon each of the commanding Master/Mistress's arms. But instead of making two SFL's, you make each line go diagonal to the the side they are at (i.e, if it was the left side of the Wedge, the second person would align their right arm to the person in front of them's left arm, and so on). Again, if there is an odd person, that person would go around two or three studs behind the commanding Master/Mistress. One stud spacing!

Inverted Wedge: The same formation as a Wedge but everyone reflects their bodies to the front of the commanding Master/Mistress, facing the way they face. Still one stud spacing.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Animations]

You use animations in any LAB place. Animations are a benefit you receive in LAB, so don't ruin it.

Raise Hand: H

Crouch: C

Raise Hood/Hide Name: K

Raise Bandanna/Mask: L (this only works when your hood is up)

Salute: X

Chill: B

Sit: N

Kneel: M

Leap of Faith: R (this only works when you're above a hay stack)

At Ease: Z

Bow/Relax: V (not entirely sure what this is called)

Sprint: Hold CTRL
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Greetings & Titles]

Greeting your fellow Assassins is a good way to show maturity and professionalism, as well as having a good first impression.

Brother/Sister: Novice to Assistant
Example: "Greetings, Sister."

Sir/Ma'am: Warrior & Veteran
Example: "Greetings, Ma'am."

Master/Mistress: Master to Arch Assassin
Example: "Greetings, Master."
This one is often mistaken. Address all Arch Assassins as Master or Mistress, not Elder.

Elder: FallenReign (retired)
Example: "Greetings, Elder."
He's called Elder because he's one of the oldest Assassins in LAB.

Dignitary: Sk3let0n
Example: "Greetings, Dignitary."

Mentor: Netblaze
Example: "Greetings, Mentor."
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Rank Categories]

Here in LAB, we organize our ranks so the events being hosted are fit to your abilities.

P1: Novice to Assistant.

P2: Soldier to Mercenary.

P3: Warrior to Master.

There's no such thing as P4. If there was, it would be Assassin+.
-------------------------
If you see a shout that says your rank category to go somewhere...go there before the server gets locked!

Once you are Master, you have to get recommendations by higher ranks to get Assassin and so on.

Example: "[T] P1/P2 training at the Animus! Hosted by me and supervised by TestName123."
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Uniforms]

Uniforms express your role in LAB.
------
Non-divisional uniforms:

Novice to Soldier must wear the Novice uniform, the color does not matter (no customs).

Disciple and Mercenary must wear the Disciple uniform, the color does not matter (no customs).

Warrior and Veteran must wear the Warrior uniform, the color does not matter (no customs).

Master to Arch Assassin must wear the Master uniform, the color does not matter. If you want a custom, you must be an Assassin or higher and it depends on what you want (ask TitaniumOculus for further details).
------
Divisonal uniforms:

Wear the uniform that represents your division if you're in one. This should be your primary uniform. Some divisions have two uniforms, so make sure to purchase and wear the correct one.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Trainings]

There are different types of trainings in LAB, such as practice raids, obby trainings, regular based trainings, etcetera.

Go to a training when your rank category is mentioned. If it's not mentioned, usually all ranks can participate. If the training is a lower category than you (i.e, it's a P1 training when you're a P2), make sure you can spectate before you go. Usually the person who shouted the training will announce if spectators are allowed or not. If you are a spectator, that should be the only thing you're doing. Don't run around the training and disrupting it while the trainer is in the middle of something-don't even do it at all. You may only get one promotion per day so the high ranks don't get flooded. If you already got one feel free to participate in a training if the trainer allows it, just remember you can't get a promotion. Some trainings might say they are 'non-promotional', which means you can't earn a promotion from it. If you are an P3 trying to host, you must get an Elite Assassin (EA) to supervise the whole training. Don't say there's a training and have everyone come and hope for an EA to come thirty minutes later. There should be a thirty minute to an hour cool down before another training is hosted. If the host says "PTS is in effect" or something similar to that, it means you must say "PTS" to speak or ask a question. Wait for the host to say "Granted" or "Denied". If it's granted, state what you wanted to say. If it's denied, don't speak at all and hold your thought. PTS is the abbreviation for Permission To Speak. Animations are not allowed in a STS during a training unless told to. High ranks, please shout when the training is being hosted and when it's slocked, because nobody likes going to a training and the server is locked when the shout says it's beginning.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Patrolling]

Patrolling our bases is a good way to get noticed in LAB and spend time with your Brothers and Sisters.

When patrolling a base and there are raiders, please do not spawnkill. Nobody likes someone whose just there for the kills. If there are raiders about, don't fight your Brothers and Sisters in the arena and go defend. Don't harm visitors unless they harmed you first, and that's only visitors. If an Assassin harmed you, don't retalliate; contact a high rank with proof of what the Assassin was doing. Do not enter areas that have a sign that says it's restricted, they're restricted for a reason. Always remember to follow the Tenets while patrolling and anywhere else. All LAB bases have a flag. If you see the flag is taken, try to get to the tall white beam that surrounds the flag and touch it. If you see a uniform raider, report them to a high rank immediately. Visitors wearing hoods are considered potential hostiles and may be killed. If there is a shout to patrol a base, don't go to a different one unless there are raiders there.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Ceremonies & Divisions]

Divisions are a fun way to feel closer to LAB and to stop corruption.

Currently, there are four divisions: Guards, Reapers, Mentors Division, and Blades. To join a division you must be a Disciple or higher. Sometimes there are tryouts for them, but you must be a Servant or higher to attend it. To join a division as a Disciple+, you must attend a ceremony. Ceremonies are hosted ever Friday. The divisions available at the ceremonies are Guards and Blades.

Guards are the people you'll see in blue uniforms who primarily focus in defense, as a unit of elite defenders, the guards protect and defend the Brotherhood and all its assets, whether it be acting as bodyguards for the Mentor, serving as the last line of defense against raiders, or using stealth to guard any given area, the guards consist of assassins who specialize in all forms of fighting. Their main base is Fallow Mire.

Blades are the people you'll see in mainly black and partly red uniforms who focus primarily in combat and stealth. This division is for the masters of stealth or combat in Levantine Assassins Brotherhood. The blades job is to hunt contracts or attack forts. The blades job is to make sure that any task/contract is completed. Their main base is Fort de Zio.

Mentor's Division is a division where only the Mentor hand picks you to join. The rest of the information is classified.

Reapers are the people you'll see in a dark black and partly dark brown uniform. The rest of the information is classified.
----------------------
You can only be in one division at a time. If you're in Reapers or Mentor's Division, you can stay in your other division but you can't reach Captain in it.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
[Gamepasses]

Gamepasses give you access to weapons that will help you fend off raiders.

Gampasses Include:

Wall Climb: Ability to climb walls. You unlock this at Servant, but it's good to have. Hold spacebar and press and hold E or Q above your character in third person. It doesn't matter which one you use.

Hidden Blade: Probably the gamepass that makes people rage the most. To use the Hidden Blade or 'HB', simply walk up to someone and click or get a height advantage. With the height advantage, you still click on their name. If you don't want to kill them, you click once and it stuns them. If you want to kill them, click again after you stunned them. You unlock this at Master.

Smoke Bombs: You get three smoke bombs or 'SB' that will give you the ability to blind whoever you're by when used. You unlock this at Master. Try not to click when you're too far away from your opponent because it won't work. If you get smoke bombed, your whole screen turns gray and you can't see.

Crossbow: A crossbow is a high powered long range weapon in LAB. You have to aim correctly and get used to it to use it. Once you get used to it, the crossbow becomes a very efficient tool. A headshot is a one hit kill, while anywhere else gets your opponent to red health. You get a Crossbow or 'CB' when you reach Assassin.

Thank you for taking your time to read this thoughtfully. You're now ready to become an Assassin! Welcome to the Brotherhood.
