| I'll recommend you using GIMP 2 or Photoshop CS5 Extended. Gimp is more easier to use, but Photoshop CS5 Extended have more professional tools :) |

| I'd say Photoshop, but I'd start with Paint.Net, since photoshop is 250, so start off with Paint.net |
