| the titan X is a halo product- it's a "no one can beat this and it has our name on it" sort of deal- it was never meant to be bought |

It's only slightly more powerful in some games. Other times, it's beaten by the 980ti.
mainly because it isn't meant for gaming but it was marketed that way to attract more people. |

@Andrew, if you've already purchased it. Good luck with it.
if not and you're just gaming, go with some 980tis. Much cheaper and only a few frames per second lost. (Like 1-3) |

First off... The 980ti Thing is a Myth made up by People Too Poor to think Clearly, to feel Better. The less People have something, the more People will be Looking to throw mud on it.
Second. 4k is a Viable Thing to do and It requires high amounts of VRAM indeed |

@X2, how is it a myth? I mean, go look at some benchmarks on the newest games.
Not much of a difference. |

origin PC is garbage
you could assemble (or have, say micro center) assemble the same thing for 12K if you were also buying a monitor
""is a halo product" indirect burn?"
no, it's a term my cousin uses for a product basically being spectacle showing off what the company can do so the plebians will buy their normal products |

Benchmarks in Games are Prone to inaccuracy due to many Different Variables. Not to mention the "Professional" reviewers are bribed Trash.
You're a person so ignorant You Talk about Upgrading CPU's by "Any Skylake > Any Haswell > Any [insert here]". I don't think You're Knowledgeable enough to Argue about any Technical Stuff. |

Actually, the titan X only costs around £100-200 extra. I guess if you need the VRAM, it could be worth it. |

@X2, I can't tell if you're trolling or if you're one of those people who think specs are everything.
Also, i'm not sure what i'm thinking, I could easily be mixing up the original titan. As I haven't checked into hardware that much over the last 3 months.

"The website I went on (they custom build it, put it in a lare crate, free t shirt' Plus expensive mouses gamess etc) It cost 25k.."
four Titan X's from Amazon will cost you $4378.52. and you want high end
so sense you use nvidia card, intel processor
$1,094.63 for i7-4960x extreme edition (4.0ghz)
lets go fancy with the liquid cooling, $300 for tricked out neon, LED water cooling fancy, $600-700 case (which is so overboard it isn't even funny, i can get an amazing looking intel case for $200)
let's add 1500 for everything else, +shipping, +man hours taken to build it
roughly $7,932.04, -tax on everything, on a computer that will probably last you at least 6-7 years, at the complete least
25k my ass |
