【CITIZENS AND EMERGENCY SERVICES NOTE】
ALL AIRCRAFT IS TO FOLLOW THESE RULES, INCLUDING AVIATION COMMAND AND COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS. PUT INTO AFFECT IMMEDIATELY. ALL EMERGENCY SERVICES, CITIZENS, AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ARE TO FOLLOW THESE ROADS OR FACE ARREST, AND PENALTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
The Dockland Department of Aviation is in charge of all the Dockland Airspace. Of course, there are rules and restricted areas in the airspace, which have to be respected and followed. This is why there are airspace regulations, which are enforced with company's and agencies.
【PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING REGULATIONS】 Violating these regulations is illegal. Anyone breaking these laws will be prosecuted in a court of law. Penalty is decided by the jury or presiding officer.
【UNAUTHORIZED AIRCRAFT】 Aircraft that was not cleared by ATC to takeoff, land or enter Docklands Airspace will be forced to land, or shot down.
【AIRPORT & TARMAC LAWS】 - Any department entering the tarmac is now under the command of the department of aviation, including the air traffic controllers and RDA administration.
- Any unauthorized civilians entering the tarmac will be arrested or killed on sight, accordingly.
【AIRSPACE LAWS】 The Docklands Department of Aviation controls and is in charge of all of the Docklands Airspace.
- If any aircraft enters a No-Fly Zone(Listed below), it will be shot down by any law enforcement officer in the area.
- If there is no Air Traffic Controller in the server, no aircraft is to be flying in the Docklands Airspace. It will be shot down by either the Department of Homeland Security, DPD: Aviation Command or the Docklands National Guard.
- The pilots are to listen to the Air Traffic Controllers instructions at all times. If not, it will be shot down by either the Department of Homeland Security, DPD: Aviation Command or the Docklands National Guard.
- All emergency aircraft's have priority over commercial or private flights when they have a mission. Any pilot discovered to break this rule will be given a strike.
- If a crash occurs, the Docklands Department of Public Safety, DPD and a Docklands Department of Aviation HR must be present.
【NO-FLY ZONES】 No-fly zones are areas where aircrafts can not go over, or basically enter its perimeter. If any aircraft enters a no-fly zone, it will be shot down by either the Department of Homeland Security, DPD: Aviation Command or the Docklands National Guard.
NO-FLY ZONE #1: Capitol Building area (HLS aircraft is exempt) NO-FLY ZONE #2: RNG Base NO-FLY ZONE #3: Aviation Command Base (AC aircraft exempt)
【HIJACKING】 Hijacking is illegally seizing an aircraft, without permission and forcing it to go to another direction. Hijacking is illegal. Hijacking is exempt to people that are allowed to fly. Clearance has to be given by an air traffic controller to fly. The word Hijacking is abused and has caused many demotions, this is the one and only definition of it.
【CRASHING】 Crashing is NOT an act of terrorism, unless clearly done on purpose with VIDEO proof. Multiple plane crashes without explanation will mean a demotion in the airline they are flying. If they are a high rank they will be stripped from their flight privileges but not demoted.
【DEPARTMENTS TO ENFORCE】 The following departments are in charge of enforcing these regulations, and protecting the airspace of Docklands.
- Department of Aviation (Manages all the Docklands Airspace) - Department of Homeland Security (Protects the Docklands Airspace) - Department of Public Safety (Responds to crashes) - Docklands Police Department (Responds to crashes) - DPD Aviation Command (Protects the Docklands Airspace) - Docklands National Guard (Protects the Docklands Airspace and National Guard Airspace) -Docklands Special Forces (Shoots down the Aircraft that is unauthorized/hijacked)
