Ok so I'm having a weird in-game problem where a certain hat won't load on my character or any others.
(I have screenshots but I don't know if these links are allowed...)

I've tried the following already: - Uninstalled a lot of (mysterious) programs - Uninstalling roblox & roblox studio, then reinstalling - Changed graphics in-game
Is my graphics card out of date? I have Intel with NVIDIA (lol tbh idk what these mean, not really good with computers)
If anybody could try to explain what is going on, if y'all have the same problems, or if is just a ROBLOX error. Thanks so much! |

| Yeah I think so too, I wonder if I need to upgrade it, or downgrade if it is too much for ROBLOX to handle. If anybody else could try and help, that would be great! Also, I e-mailed ROBLOX with this news. |

Ahh! Still no progress ;/ I did figure out some things though. DirectX Version: 11.2 Graphics Card: Intel® HD Graphics 4000
Also I have the latest Windows 10 version & do regularly update my computer. |

| It could be the game just still loading your character sometimes it takes a little bit to load the entire character on some games but if you need more help please email ROBLOX at info@roblox.com (must have a email) they will get back to you within 24 hours or less |

| I know it's not the loading issue since I've been in a game for about 2-3 hours (with very little brick count) and it will remain the same the whole time. |

Hey guys! Thanks so much for helping out, even though none of the solutions worked. I went back into a game and checked the developer code and it said that there was an error loading the meshes in my hats so I think it was just a problem with the ROBLOX application and not my computer. Anyways, I went and restarted my computer wiping out all my files and everything and now it all works properly! Just thought I'd share this news for anybody that is having the same struggles or for people in the future :). |

@int optimus doesn't cause any problems on roblox because the client doesn't even use that technology
