This guide is meant to be a quick and cogent description of ranks and how to obtain promotions in the group. Please become knowledgeable of your position, and role within the system. There are four categories; Low Rank [LR], Middle Rank [MR], High Rank [HR], and High Command [HCOM]. Abbreviations are expected to be memorized.
[LR] Low Rank System 1. PV - Private - Initiate into the group 2. PFC - Private First Class - Initiate into the group who has purchased a uniform 3. CPL - Corporal - Official member who has attended at least 3 training rehearsals or 1 raid. 4. SGT - Sergeant - Official member who has attended at least 6 training rehearsals or 3 raids. 5. SSG - Staff Sergeant - Official member who has attended at least 9 training rehearsals or 6 raids. 6. SFC - Sergeant First Class - Official member who has attended at least 12 training rehearsals or 9 raids. 7. MSG - Master Sergeant - Official member who has attended at least 15 training rehearsals or 12 raids. 8. SGM - Sergeant Major - Official member who has attended at least 18 training rehearsals or 15 raids.
[MR] Middle Rank System 1. 2LT - Second Lieutenant - Initiate into the officer program who has shown skill and discipline within the group, and has attended 18+ training rehearsals or 15+ raids. Can manage lower ranked members. 2. 1LT - First Lieutenant - Official officer who has shown skill and discipline within the group, and has attended 21+ training rehearsals or 18+ raids. Can manage lower ranked members. 3. CPT - Captain - Official officer who has shown skill and discipline within the group, and has attended 24+ training rehearsals or 21+ raids. Can manage lower ranked members. 4. MAJ - Major - Official officer who has shown skill and discipline within the group, and has attended 27+ training rehearsals or 24+ raids. Can manage lower ranked members. 5. LTC - Lieutenant Colonel - Official officer who has shown skill and discipline within the group, and has attended 30+ training rehearsals or 27+ raids. Can manage lower ranked members. 6. COL - Colonel - Official officer who has shown skill and discipline within the group, and has attended 33+ training rehearsals or 30+ raids. Can manage lower ranked members.
[HR] High Rank System 1. BG - Brigadier General - Chosen initiate for the general program who has shown utmost dedication and loyalty to the group, has attended 33+ training rehearsals or 30+ raids, and has conducted a personal interview with the [HCOM] rank. Can manage lower ranked members and hold official group training rehearsals and raids. 2. MG - Major General - Official general who has shown utmost dedication and loyalty to the group, has attended 40+ training rehearsals of 40+ raids, and has conducted a personal interview with the [HCOM] rank. Can manage lower ranked members and hold official group training rehearsals and raids. 3. LTG - Lieutenant General - Official general who has shown utmost dedication and loyalty to the group, has attended 50+ training rehearsals of 50+ raids, and has conducted a personal interview with the [HCOM] rank. Can manage lower ranked members and hold official group training rehearsals and raids. 4. GEN - General - Official general who has shown utmost dedication and loyalty to the group, has attended 60+ training rehearsals of 60+ raids, and has conducted a personal interview with the [HCOM] rank. Can manage lower ranked members and hold official group training rehearsals and raids.
[HCOM] High Command System 1. GA - General of the Army - Group owner and leader of Team Gener8tor. Can manage lower ranked members, group funds, advertisement, can hold official group training rehearsals and raids, and selects initiates for the general program. Sole power rests with this rank.
