So, what'll happen if the Tax keeps raising? or the worth of tix/robux get's higher and higher? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1)Tycoons (rich Roblox traders) will keep earning money. 2)Roblox will keep earning money, but at some point, new members will give up on the game since robux's worth gets lower, and prices gets higher. 3)New players will not get motivated / pumped by all those events that give items for free / some kind of work sweat, since real cash payers have way more items to choose from in the catalog, and because Roblox releases way more items that costs robux than free items.
I could go on forever, but the point is.. there is a solution.
What if instead of just raising the taxes, you would take DAILY TAXES from people who hold a certain amount of money. (for the example coming up ahead, we will use 10000k robux as the limit money you can hold if you want to have DAILY TAX free. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Example) (I would if i wanted to) v 7312YN is a successful trader, he has more than 10000k robux(could work with tix, but it's going to be way too messy to explain, so let's stick with robux), so he loses a small portion of money(let's say 0.1% everyday), now.. he has alot of money.. so that tiny percentage is painful.
What do 7312YN do? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Simple. ... Trade.
If he trades with other traders who have alot of money, they all want to turn their money into items- because they don't want to lose that money(or rather it disappears).
So all the rich traders keep buying more and more and more and more items.
This way, no one has money- so everyone are rich in items.
When someone wants to buy an item, he doesn't have money to buy it.. because he only has items.. like every other successful trader.. so they trade.
------------------------------------------------ Allow me to explain if you didn't get it by now. ------------------------------------------------ If people trade items between them, and no one has money to buy them- the prices of the items lowers, because there is no demand.
So it leaves a big black hole since no one has money, but they all have items.
Now it's the time for the newer players or the non-rich monthly BC players to walk in, and buy the items for cheap.
This way, we all win.
And don't tell me you don't like it because you're rich- because you won't be rich anymore if Roblox will continue falling like this. This is the first part that's wrong. How does he lose money? That part is kinda just thrown in there.

Money doesn't disappear, this doesn't make any sense either.

You don't see most hats just go totally unsold if they are on sale. People clearly have money, even hats you can trade for, people buy those with robux. If reasonable, that is. As in not buying them from Merely and others for 9B+ robux. The only hat I've ever seen have no sales or no owners is the leopard fedora. My point is, your idea of no one having the money to buy things because they convert it all into items is pretty untrue. This isn't the Col reset of SAO Burst, I don't see people rushing around to turn their money into items so they're not broke.
And also, maybe I'm misunderstanding this, but in your example I don't see how you lose any robux from doing nothing at all, unless your actions are causing you to not profit, that shouldn't be a problem. There aren't taxes to pay in ROBLOX, you realize, right? Only sales tax on items, and that doesn't really affect us too much, it only affects the creator, but then it may affect us if they raise the price to make a higher profit with the tax ROBLOX takes. |

. . . No, if that's the case then it literally must be the most minuscule amount ever, because my robux and tix are only affected by MY actions I choose to make, not once has any been poofed away from ROBLOX's "taxes". The only tax is the money they take from the profit off user's made items, which THEN poofs away. |

When you sell an item.
be it a limited, a shirt- whatever you want.
nonbc gets 10% of the sale's worth
and bc gets 70% of the sale's worth
90% tax on selling for nonbc
30% tax on selling for bc |

Thing is, they have to stop the richer part of the community from increasing money.
to keep a healthy game, they need those traders to waste that money, and not waste it in order to earn more later.
increasing the taxes instead of taking taxes off your pocket daily if you exceed a certain amount will just anger the players. |

It is or Roblox do as i wrote in this thread, or they change bc daily login bonuses to 10 or lower.
So that people would have less money.
Meaning item price drops. |

| So ROBLOX should put a feature in place just so they lower the price on their own items? That won't really work well. If everyone has less money then lowering the prices makes no sense. |

THAT LITERALLY MAKES EVERYTHING WORSE. IF ROBUX ARE PRICIER THEY'RE MORE VALUABLE AND WOULD BE WORTH EVEN MORE. AS PEOPLE CONVERTED THEIR TIX TO ROBUX PRICES WOULD STAY THE SAME. IF THEY WERE UNABLE TO THEN PEOPLE WOULD ACTUALLY GET MAD.
They can't update EVERY SINGLE ITEM'S PRICE to match this, and it wouldn't even work. No support. |

YOU PAY MORE DOLLARS TO GET BC OR ROBUX.
THAT WAY LESS PEOPLE BUY ROBUX- WHICH MEANS LESS PEOPLE BUY ITEMS IN THE CATALOG BECAUSE OF THE HIGH PRICES THEY HAVE RIGHT NOW.
