| can i connect monitor to graphics card by HDMI and then use a microphone through the monitor? |

You're gonna need to hook the microphone up to the actual computer itself, what kind of port does the mic have?
(you need to connect your monitor to your graphics card by hdmi) |

| my issue is my mic is a 2 in 1, mic + speakers, but my pc has 2 separate ports and i dont want to buy an adapter, so i was wondering if i could use the audio jack on the monitor as an adapter for it |

Maybe. Get realtek Audio manager, if it would work- you would need that program |
