-weather isn't fatal -equal rights in almost all states -English -diversity (some states are more diverse than others, but at least you won't be the odd one out like how you would be in some other part of the world) -decent goverment |

it depends on what you want in terms of danger
if you want to live in constant fear of being killed just stay in the usa
if you want to live in constant fear of water- and food-borne illnesses your best bet would be somewhere highly populated like china or india |
