Wtf do you do in the shower for an hour?
I always take less than 10 minutes, maybe 15 if I'm sore or something. If I was gonna spend an hour I would rather just take a hot bath, but then it gets cold unless you run the water the whole time which is wasteful af. |

@domo i honestly dont know where the time goes when im in the shower tbh
depends on my mood tbh
if i need to stay up, it'll give me a boost of energy and help wake me up
if i dont need to stay up then it just relaxes me and makes my eyelids very heavy |

I'd rather go for a nice 50 minute run and take a 10 minute shower after, rather than take an hour of just showering. But to me running is more stress relieving than a shower is.
Night time runs are probably the greatest thing. |
